“Every single one of them has been highly successful in rapidly losing that weight and keeping it off the following way.
“I’m not a nutritionist. I say you can eat meat, fish, eggs, chicken, fruit, and vegetables, and that’s it.**
“And drink water and caffeine, and don’t consume calories in beverages.
“And every single one of them lost 30, 60 pounds and has kept it off.”
ADDED CONTEXT: What this diet really does is eliminate ultra-processed food completely. And according to Huberman, it has worked for weight loss every single time.

HAMMER: “That’s your fault. The Affordable Care Act is there for you at healthcare dot gov for you to enroll in things that are completely subsidized.
“This sounds like a YOU problem. You’re complaining about something that you haven’t done.
“Girl, you have nothing BUT time.
“I hate that you are getting me to defend our system, which is a certainly broken system. And you’re getting me to defend it because of the simple fact that you just literally haven’t taken 5 minutes to go online and sign up for something that I pay taxes for...”
