🇬🇪 Very impressed with Georgia. 🏔 The country is known for its warm people, ancient culture, local food and epic landscapes. But it doesn’t stop there. 📈 Thanks to its government’s business-friendly policies, Georgia is becoming a major business hub. ❎️ The country’s economy doubled in 5 years and is still growing by 8% a year. 💼 International tech companies pay 0% corporate tax and just 5% on dividends and salaries. Georgia is seriously underrated as a place to visit and do business. I'll be back very soon! ✈️

Huh, interesting. Is it real that international companies don’t pay tax at all?

Crypto is something what many people forgot about. Especially now with depression among crypto enthusiasts, people forget that Crypto is simply a tool which they define how to use. Imagine if instead of constant scams and low quality we would see projects like Hyperliquid with tokens like HYPE. The picture would be MONSTROUSLY different. That's a thing about crypto. It's simply a tool which we, users, define how to use. So less depression, more an actual development. Ideally we should see that devs would search for appropriate chains to realize their products what would bring network adoption and great investments. Yet, it's something we see very poorly, because human minds are corrupted and can't see the visionary picture. Yet still, if you build a project like Hyperliquid or invest in a token like Hyperliquid you are actually guaranteed to succeed, because you LITERALLY satisfy someone's demand. It's just a great IT business where you don't connect itself to scamy wide-spread practice which simply don't work anymore anyways.

And Batumi is 75 years. And it concerns me.

And about air pollution in Dubai, it’s still seems not to be such a problem when you compare the place of the best city in Europe and Dubai in life expectancy. They are equal, 83 years.

And remember, Zürich is the best city in Europe in terms of quality of life, in some ratings maybe Wien competes, but yet it means every other place in Europe just fucking worse and it’s becoming worser and worser. I am genuinely concerned about the fate of Europe.

Regarding my movement in Georgia, I considered that after 6 months of living here I gonna leave. Unfortunately I met several misconceptions about here. First of all, income tax is still there. Yes, they don’t tax foreign income, but if you manage your income in the internet from here - you still need to pay tax in Georgian terms. Investments 0% tax still. Georgia is developing, but is not next UAE unfortunately. It’s climate oasis, there are a lot of things to do, even here in Batumi. The destruction of Russia by its war also makes Russia no threat to Georgia, so it’s genuinely seems like a good country for investment. Yet, there are better places. I am disappointed in Switzerland, even tho Zürich has the highest HDI as a city, the system there still works, but it’s just that how much expensive this place is for genuinely nothing. I literally can list common problems here: lack of housing, extreme unjustified prices, very corrupted job market, lack of AC in the world of global warming. It’s just like this place is becoming worse and worse. Yet Dubai seems better in everything than Batumi, except weather. More (and more wide-scale) activities, better tax regime. It’s just that there is a bad weather (especially again in the world of global warming) and it also invokes air pollution, maybe certain specific laws in UAE would make you feel less free there, air attacks from Iran (but you know it’s not such a problem when there is a great air defence system) and Sheikhs are actually limited by UAE constitution (although their “parliament” is simply the council of sheikhs what invokes some dangers to be honest). So it’s overall still seems the best fit for me.

I also think it might be the case that it’s absolutely necessary to buy an apartment there before summer 2027. I think prices will be surging.

Every smart or reach person is searching for safety from climate crisis and Georgia is simply the easiest and probably the best target right now.
