Very good. The important thing to remember everybody is that it is not about trying to control a life of duality. You cannot control it and you cannot improve it. As long as some parts of you are still confined to the dualistic way of life, you will never be free of it. The only way to be free of it is to clear it all away. Go into your heart go into your love go into your compassion. Make your clearing of the heart the most important thing out of anything else. Clean the slate all together. The more that you do this, the more that you will be at peace. And you will be able to know the self. Moving yourself into that stillness. Be still and know that I am God is the idea here.

Here's the thing everybody. You are the one that makes things the worst. It is not about collective events that are built in with the idea of worry or panic or fear or hatred or anything of that nature. If you are reacting thinking that things are going to get worse and worse and worse, that is your own issue. You have to be responsible for how you decide to see life. You have to be responsible for how you conduct yourself regarding all these events taking place in the world right now. The events that take place in the world do not have built-in emotion assigned to them. You see something, and you get angry. You see something, and you get fearful. You see something, and you get sad. Your world is in chaos. Your world is in disarray. There is no outer world that is in disarray. You give meaning to all these events and to all of these situations that are unfolding. You're making it the worst. Brad, are you saying that I have the capability to make the best out of all these situations that are taking place? That is exactly what I'm saying. I can just use myself as an example. Regardless of what's happening in the world, I am completely content and happy with everything that is transpiring in my life right now. That I need to feel that my own reality and the external events has to either make me happier sad? No. Because my happiness comes from within. That's where your happiness stems from. But we unintentionally sabotage ourselves because we give so much power to the body and the physical environment. We think that is who we are. You're just wandering a maze that never ends when you're looking at things that way. This is a time to go inside yourself and to wipe clean all of the debris of emotional gunk that is contained inside yourself where you are venting all of these emotions through people places events and things of the world. When you know that you are the self, the self is presenting itself as a manifestation of this world. Which means when you are completely content with yourself, you don't care about the collective events that are taking place. It doesn't bother you. Why doesn't it bother you? Because your heart is completely clean. You've cleaned out your gunk. You've cleaned out your fear you've cleaned out your hatred you've cleaned out your sadness. You have given it to spirit. You have given it to love. You have given it to your heart. This is what makes the difference. Your happiness has to be the number one most important thing of your life if you want to see all this transcend. Your happiness needs to be the greatest thing and it is going to be the very essence that is going to clean out everything within yourself. You have no reason not to be happy. You again succumb to the illusion of outside reality. If you have no inner peace within yourself, you will not have any form of peace through the outside world. Inside is the cause and outside is the effect. You are worried about things, because you have worry inside yourself. You are panicking about things and events, because you have worry and anxiety and fear within yourself that is unresolved. Bring peace to yourself inwards and watch everything clear away outwards.
