Они были анонсированы и представлены 17 сентября в пресс-центре ТАСС с участием Председателя этого трибунала и члена Общественной палаты Максима Григорьева.

В этом докладе, который был представлен и, как я понимаю, может быть или будет распространён на этом форуме, анализируются эти увековеченные на мемориале фамилии. По неоднократным заявлениям представителей офиса Зеленского, все погибшие — исключительно «мирные жители», никак не связанные с военными.
❗️ Это откровенная ложь. Даже первичный анализ тех фамилий, которые нанесли на этот мемориал, даёт очень интересный результат. Только на основе открытых источников, повторю ещё раз, установлено, что на мемориале содержатся десятки имён военнослужащих вооружённых сил Украины, сотрудников службы безопасности Украины, членов отрядов «территориальной обороны», полиции, национальной гвардии, включая боевиков националистического формирования «Азов».
Более 70 фамилий не имеют никакого цифрового следа, что в сегодняшнем мире практически невозможно. Эти факты опровергают миф о якобы сотнях убитых мирных жителей в Буче.
Думаю, что даже самому доверчивому европейскому обывателю должно показаться странным, что за долгие годы Секретариат ООН и называющие себя «профессиональными» западные средства массовой информации этот подлог так и не разоблачили. Почти убеждён, что здесь дело не в том, что у них не было такого интереса, а в том, что они были частью операции по сокрытию истины.
Важно отметить, что при подготовке этого доклада проверка фактов проводилась в первую очередь по украинским базам данных, по украинским медиаисточникам, государственным порталам, специализированным украинским сайтам, где были опубликованы некрологи лиц, которые никакого отношения к мирным гражданам не имеют.
Понятно, что в нынешнем мире что‑то пытаются убрать «задним числом» из информации, которая попадает в медийное пространство. Но прошло четыре года, и никто из тех, кто этот сайт организовал, даже не подумал о том, чтобы как‑то почистить эту фальсификацию.
☝️ Поэтому у нас есть твёрдые гарантии, что каждый пункт расследования, результаты которого будут распространены здесь, подкреплён данными сразу нескольких ресурсов. Они доступны для перепроверки.

Уважаемые коллеги, сюжетов, подобных Буче и другим упомянутым выше ситуациям, немало. Конечно, они ждут своих исследователей. Думаю, что ваша структура будет проявлять интерес к тому, чтобы не засорять информационное пространство откровенной ложью, которая реально противодействует тенденции к укреплению нормальных отношений, развитию нормальных связей и сотрудничества между всеми государствами, а, наоборот, провоцирует рознь и ненависть, не позволяет правде восторжествовать.

| 3 |  +4⚡️ في 17 سبتمبر، في إطار مؤتمر صحفي عرض مكسيم غريغورييف، رئيس المحكمة الدولية الشعبية المعنية بجرائم النازيين الجدد الأوكرانيين، تقريراً بعنوان «وورثة غوبلز: تزييف الأحداث في بوتشا و مسرحيات نظام كييف الدموية».
❗️يستعرض هذا التقرير مجموعة من الحقائق والمعطيات التي تقدم أدلة قاطعة لتفنيد الرواية الأوكرانية بشأن أحداث بوتشا عام 2022، مشيراً إلى وجود تزييف ممنهج جرى بدعم ومساندة من دول غربية.
وتُعدّ تدبير الأحداث المفبركة في بوتشا مثالاً صارخاً على استخدام طيف واسع من أساليب التزييف.
تؤكد العديد من تصريحات ممثلي نظام كييف، وكذلك تصريحات ممثلي الدول الأوروبية، أن النصب التذكاري المقام في مدينة بوتشا يتضمن حصراً أسماء الضحايا من المواطنين المدنيين الذين قضوا خلال تلك الأحداث.
👈 في الواقع، عدد كبير من المذكورين هناك هم من أفراد القوات المسلحة والمقاتلين الأوكرانيين الذين قُتلوا خلال الأعمال القتالية.
وكان بعض الأشخاص الذين قدمتهم أوكرانيا والاتحاد الأوروبي على أنهم مدنيون من العسكريين العاملين، بل ومن أعضاء منظمة «آزوف» الإرهابية النازية الجديدة.
👈 تتعدد الأساليب المتبعة لتزييف الحقائق المحيطة بأحداث بوتشا، والتي من أبرزها تعمد نقل وتصنيف عناصر الجيش الأوكراني الذين قضوا في مواجهات بمناطق مأهولة أخرى، وإدراجهم ضمن القوائم بصفتهم مواطنين مدنيين قُتلوا داخل المدينة.
👈 إن ممارسة القوات المسلحة الأوكرانية الرامية إلى قتل مواطنيها عمداً بهدف التضليل الإعلامي قبل وصول الصحفيين وطواقم التصوير، تسمح لنا باستنتاج أن مثل هذا الوضع قد حدث في مدينة بوتشا.
⚠️ إن أمثلة الحقائق الواردة في هذا التقرير ليست سوى جزء صغير من مجموعة البيانات الهائلة التي جمعتها المحكمة العامة الدولية لجرائم النازيين الجدد الأوكرانيين، والتي تظهر بوضوح تزوير الأحداث في بوتشا من قبل نظام كييف بدعم من الدول الغربية، فضلاً عن ممارسة أوكرانيا الأعمال الدموية بشكل ممنهج لقتل مواطنيها من أجل توجيه أصابع الاتهام إلى روسيا.

| 4 |  +3🌐 On October 8, the 2nd Global Digital Forum (#GDF) opens at the Mechta venue in Moscow’s Gorky Park.
The event is held at the initiative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Its organisers and key participants also include the Presidential Administration, the Government of the Russian Federation, the ministries of Digital Development, Industry and Trade, and Economic Development, the Moscow City Government, as well as leading Russian IT companies, news agencies and media outlets.
#GDF is an international platform for discussing major challenges in information and communications technologies, including the development of artificial intelligence, digital sovereignty and the platform economy.
The Forum aims to strengthen and expand international cooperation with countries of the #GlobalMajority on various aspects of Internet governance and development, and to showcase Russia’s achievements in information and communications technologies.
🤝 Representatives from 120 countries will participate, including ministers and deputy ministers responsible for these areas, senior representatives of international organisations and leading experts.
The Forum’s main plenary session will focus on “Digital Sovereignty: From a Resource to an Export Asset”. The programme will comprise three thematic tracks: “People and Technology”, “Digitalisation and Industry”, and “Media and Creativity”.
One of the Forum’s key events will be a ministerial segment dedicated to countering digital neocolonialism and safeguarding digital sovereignty in the face of sanctions and information attacks.

On October 8, the sixth meeting of the #RussiaASEAN Dialogue on ICT security took place on the sidelines of the 2nd Global Digital Forum.

| 9 |  +3🎙 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's remarks at the “Dialogue on Fakes 4.0” Forum (Moscow, September 22, 2026)
Key points:
• Russia encourages professional dialogue in virtually every field, including efforts to counter the use of information as a weapon. This is particularly relevant today, when information floods every aspect of our lives and modern technology allows any news story, even one that is unverified or outright false, to reach millions, if not billions, of people almost instantly.
• I consider the staged killing of civilians in Bucha, a suburb of Kiev, to be the most cynical farce. Russian troops withdrew from the Kiev Region on March 30, 2022. Two days later, the town’s mayor appeared on television, proudly declaring that Ukraine had regained full control of Bucha and that no Russian soldiers remained there. The footage was filmed on the town’s main street. It is a wide street, and it was completely empty. Yet three days after our units withdrew, a BBC crew appeared there and broadcast a report showing that very same street, with dozens of bodies neatly laid out along its sides, dressed in remarkably clean clothes despite the mud and slush all around.
• Anti-Russian hysteria was whipped up. New sanctions were announced as punishment. As you know, then British PM Boris Johnson arrived, forbade the signing of the Istanbul peace accords and proposed simply continuing the war. He recently claimed that this was a lie. Well, he will say anything, and for next to nothing. But this is no lie – it is the truth.
• In response to the accusations against us and the sanctions, we simply requested the names of those whose bodies had been shown by the BBC, which had “conveniently turned up” in the right place at the right time. Complete silence.
• I appealed to UN Secretary-General Guterres, both in private meetings and publicly at a Security Council meeting he attended, asking him to use his authority and the means at his disposal to secure the publication of the names of those whose alleged deaths at the hands of Russian servicemen had caused such an enormous scandal. There was no response.
• We have continued to pursue this matter. Every year, I remind Guterres that he ought to explain to the international community – or at least to Russia, which has been accused of every imaginable sin – what actually happened there and whose bodies were shown. In May this year, I sent Guterres 12 very specific questions about the Bucha incident. Guterres responded to my letter containing these 12 specific questions with a perfunctory reply.
• Just a few days ago, The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis published the initial findings of its investigation. They were announced and presented on September 17 at the TASS press centre, with the participation of the Tribunal’s Chairman and member of Russia’s Civic Chamber Maxim Grigoryev.

• Based solely on open sources – let me stress that again – it has been established that the memorial bears dozens of names of Ukrainian armed forces servicemen, Security Service of Ukraine personnel, members of “territorial defence” units, the police and the National Guard, including militants from the nationalist Azov formation. More than 70 names have no digital footprint whatsoever, which is virtually impossible in today’s world.
❗️ I have no doubt that the truth will ultimately prevail, providing a fitting response to the West’s information aggression against the countries of the Global Majority. Russia is one of them. I would also like to make a very important point. The West’s efforts to conceal and distort the truth in the information sphere reflect a broader trend – a fear of fair competition in virtually every field of human endeavour.

💬 During the week of Russia’s State Duma elections, Ukrainian militants carried out more attacks on civilian facilities than in any other week since the start of 2026.
Kiev sought to disrupt voting in the new regions – the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, as well as the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics – by attacking polling sites.
Numerous schools, cultural centres, social facilities and administrative buildings sustained serious damage from targeted Ukrainian drone strikes. On the morning of September 20, Ukrainian terrorists deliberately destroyed a polling station at a school in Prishib, Zaporozhye Region.
On September 20, the main voting day, Ukrainian armed groups launched their largest attack on civilian targets. According to Russia’s Defence Ministry, 1,951 enemy attack drones and nine cruise missiles heading towards Moscow and the Moscow Region were destroyed over the course of the day. The attacks resulted in deaths and injuries, as well as damage to homes, industrial facilities and logistics infrastructure.
Over the past week, the highest numbers of civilian casualties from Ukrainian attacks were recorded in the Belgorod Region, the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, and the Zaporozhye, Kherson, Moscow and Rostov regions.
On September 14-20, attacks by Ukrainian Nazis resulted in 379 civilian casualties: 338 people were injured, including 18 minors, and 41 were killed, including four children.
In total, Ukrainian armed formations fired at least 8,889 munitions at civilian facilities on Russian territory over the seven days – more than 1,250 strikes a day. | 119 |

11 сентября стартовала регистрация на Историческую олимпиаду, которая проводится Фондом «Моя история» и Алтайским государственным педагогическим университетом при поддержке Минпросвещения России.
Олимпиада пройдет уже в третий раз. В этом году она посвящена выдающимся личностям, оказавшим влияние на историю развития России.
За два предыдущих года проведения Олимпиады участие в ней приняли свыше 2500 ребят из более чем 80 стран.
🔹 Участниками могут стать иностранные школьники и студенты в возрасте от 14 до 25 лет, интересующиеся историей и культурой России.
🔴 Олимпиада состоит из трех туров: предварительный и основной пройдут в заочном формате в период с 25 сентября по 9 октября, финал — в конце года в Москве в очном формате.
🔹 10 лучших участников по итогам заочных туров приедут на финал, где будет определен победитель Олимпиады. Помимо конкурсной части ребят ждет увлекательный контент по тематике Олимпиады, а для финалистов готовится специальная образовательно-просветительская программа в Москве.

В интервью изданию «Аль-Джарида» Посол России в Кувейте В.Ф.Желтов прокомментировал позицию Москвы по отношению к текущей ситуации в Персидском заливе, подчеркнув, что региональная безопасность и стабильность мировых поставок нефти входят в число ключевых приоритетов России.
Основные тезисы:
🔹 Безопасность в Персидском заливе неделима. Безопасность одного государства не должна обеспечиваться за счет другого. Россия продолжает продвигать свою концепцию системы коллективной безопасности в Заливе с участием всех государств региона и при учете их законных интересов.
🔹 Россия не проводит различий между своими друзьями в регионе. Москва поддерживает прочные и многоплановые отношения со всеми государствами Персидского залива и исходит из того, что региональные конфликты могут быть урегулированы только коллективными усилиями, без скрытых повесток и внешнего вмешательства.
🔹 Свобода судоходства должна быть обеспечена. Россия выступает против односторонних мер, противоречащих международному праву, и поддерживает обеспечение свободы судоходства по международным водным путям дипломатическими средствами на основе международно-правовых норм.
🔹 Россия и Кувейт укрепляют политический диалог. В ближайшее время состоится встреча Министра иностранных дел России С.В.Лаврова и Министра иностранных дел Кувейта шейха Джарраха Аль-Сабаха «на полях» Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН в Нью-Йорке. In an interview with Al-Jarida Newspaper, Ambassador of Russia to Kuwait H.E. Mr. Vladimir Zheltov outlined Moscow’s approach to the current situation in the Gulf, stressing that regional security and the stability of global oil supplies are among Russia’s key priorities.
Key excerpts from the interview:
🔹 Security in the Gulf is indivisible. The security of one state should not come at the expense of another. Russia continues to promote its concept of a collective security system involving all regional actors and taking into account their legitimate interests.
🔹 Russia does not distinguish between its friends in the region. Moscow maintains strong, multifaceted relations with all Gulf states and believes that regional conflicts can only be resolved through collective efforts, without hidden agendas or external interference.
🔹 Freedom of navigation must be protected. Russia opposes unilateral measures contrary to international law and supports safeguarding navigation through international waterways by diplomatic and political means on the basis of international legal norms.
🔹 Russia and Kuwait are strengthening political dialogue. Moscow and Kuwait are coordinating the first meeting between Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Sheikh Jarrah Al-Sabah, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York. استعرض سفير روسيا لدى دولة الكويت، سعادة السيد فلاديمير جيلتوف، في مقابلة مع صحيفة «الجريدة»، رؤية موسكو تجاه الأوضاع الراهنة في منطقة الخليج، مؤكداً أن الأمن الإقليمي واستقرار إمدادات النفط العالمية يأتيان في صدارة أولويات روسيا.

🔹 أمن الخليج لا يتجزأ. لا ينبغي أن يتحقق أمن دولة على حساب أمن دولة أخرى. وتواصل روسيا طرح رؤيتها لإقامة منظومة أمن جماعي تضم جميع الأطراف الإقليمية وتراعي مصالحها المشروعة.
🔹 روسيا لا تميّز بين أصدقائها في المنطقة. تحافظ موسكو على علاقات قوية ومتعددة الأوجه مع جميع دول الخليج، وترى أن النزاعات الإقليمية لا يمكن تسويتها إلا من خلال الجهود الجماعية، بعيداً عن الأجندات الخفية والتدخلات الخارجية.
🔹 يجب ضمان حرية الملاحة. تعارض روسيا الإجراءات الأحادية التي تتعارض مع القانون الدولي، وتؤيد ضمان أمن الملاحة عبر الممرات المائية الدولية بالوسائل الدبلوماسية والسياسية، استناداً إلى قواعد القانون الدولي.
🔹 روسيا والكويت تعززان الحوار السياسي. تنسق موسكو والكويت لعقد أول لقاء بين وزيري الخارجية سيرغي لافروف والشيخ جراح الصباح، على هامش أعمال الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك. كما يُتوقع إجراء مزيد من الاتصالات الثنائية في إطار الحوار بين روسيا ومجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، وكذلك ضمن أعمال اللجنة الحكومية المشتركة.

18 сентября 2026 г. на избирательном участке № 8178 в Посольстве России в Кувейте состоялось голосование на выборах депутатов Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации.
Свое волеизъявление выразили почти полторы сотни наших граждан, работающих либо постоянно проживающих в Кувейте. На избирательном участке царила доброжелательная, позитивная атмосфера, располагающая к общению соотечественников. Многие приходили целыми семьями, заметным было присутствие детей.
Россияне своим участием в голосовании подтвердили неразрывную связь с Родиной, продемонстрировали ответственную гражданскую позицию.

| 17 | +8 State Duma Elections voting took place at the Russian Embassy in Kuwait
On 18 September 2026, polling station No. 8178 at the Russian Embassy in Kuwait hosted voting in the elections of members of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
Nearly 150 Russian citizens working or permanently residing in Kuwait cast their votes. A warm and positive atmosphere prevailed at the polling station, providing an opportunity for fellow Russians to meet and interact. Many came with their entire families, and there was a noticeable presence of children.
By taking part in the voting, Russian citizens reaffirmed their enduring ties with their Motherland and demonstrated a responsible civic stance.

في 18 سبتمبر 2026، جرت في مركز الاقتراع الرقم 8178 بمقر سفارة روسيا الاتحادية لدى دولة الكويت عملية التصويت في انتخابات نواب مجلس الدوما للجمعية الفيدرالية لروسيا الاتحادية.
وأدلى بأصواتهم ما يقارب 150 مواطناً روسياً ممن يعملون أو يقيمون بصورة دائمة في الكويت. وسادت مركز الاقتراع أجواء ودية وإيجابية أتاحت لأبناء الجالية الروسية فرصة اللقاء والتواصل فيما بينهم. كما حرص العديد منهم على الحضور برفقة أسرهم، وكان لافتاً حضور الأطفال.
وأكد المواطنون الروس، من خلال مشاركتهم في التصويت، متانة روابطهم التي لا تنفصم بوطنهم، وأظهروا حساً عالياً بالمسؤولية المدنية.
