Hello Jong Jongs! The form for Freshmen Recommendation List is now open from 4 June to 10 June 2024 (MON) 2359 PM TO NOTE: 1. CURRENT/PAST residents of Tanjong Hall are to be the ones who fill up the form for the freshmen. Otherwise, a freshmen can submit a self-nomination. 2. If the freshman is intending to stay in a double room, both the freshman and his/her roommate's details are to be submitted in the same form. 3. ‼️ In addition to this form, the freshman you are recommending is still required to submit an official application for Undergraduate Housing AY24/25 via the Student Housing Portal which opens on 4 June 2024 9AM to 24 June 2024 5PM 4. Do note that filling in this form DOES NOT guarantee the nominated freshie a room in Tanjong Hall. In the event that we exceed our quota for the Freshman Recommendation List, selection will be based on Reasons for Recommendation/Intended Contributions. The selection outcome will not be disclosed. 5. A senior is allowed to submit multiple entries for different people. Each entry can only take in a freshman and his/her roomie.
