Going for a double or twin room? Be sure that you, and your sharing partner both set each other as sharing, in your registration (log back in to do this). Double or twin room registrations without a sharing partner set, will not go through to the lottery.

Registration opens tomorrow! ➡️ 1st September: Registration OPEN for Residential Lottery & Dealers’ Den Applications. ➡️ 15th September: Registration CLOSES for Residential Lottery & Dealers’ Den Applications ➡️ 13th October: Results announced for Residential Lottery ➡️ 21st October: Results announce for Dealers’ Den ➡️ 3rd November: Payment Deadline, Convention Fees for Successful Lottery Applicants (including Dealers) ➡️ 30th January: Payment Deadline for Dealer’s Den Table-Only

📢 REGISTRATION UPDATE This year an adjustment we are making to reg, is that residential attendees in a two person room (twin or double), must have matching check-in & check-out dates (if you choose early-arrival and/or late-departure, /both/ of you must have these options set)

Clarification for Arden Hotel. For two-person occupancy, you can choose Twin rooms instead of Double if preferred (same price, £75 per night)

🛎 NEW HOTEL OPTION FOR 2026! 🎉 We're pleased to announce that we've secured a discount rate at the Arden Hotel & Leisure Club hotel! ⚠️ This option won't be part of the lottery process, so it's important to read the full details here: https://buff.ly/rLCexB1 🚌 We're also hoping to share transport options soon, to help get you to & from the Arden, and the Hilton.

This year, we're simplifying registration by removing the 'Plus' option. Instead, if you'd like the official 2026 T-shirt included in your reg pack, you can select it in the same screen as choosing your interests. This will add £25 to your registration.
