She also knew the notorious station where her boyfriend was being held and knew his chances of coming out of it alive were practically nil. She knew any black guy that got held in that station ended up dead. “Bro, saving Ekoko is saving my girl, please, do it, one more time and I shall never bother you. I however need some back up, let me make a call to someone.” Kulaev said. He then walked to the balcony and made a call to Frank. He explained everything. Frank informed him that the only eagles close enough to work with him were Kimberly who was in Belgium and Roman who was in Switzerland. Both were simply visiting their childhood friends. When Kimberly got the call from Frank, she knew it was important as Frank rarely called them more so when they are on holiday. Roman also got the call and said he was flying right away to Paris to help Kulaev. ---- Elsewhere, three mercenaries were on their way to the notorious police station. Their mission was to get Ekoko alive, take him somewhere and kill him a slow, painful death. They were on a time sensitive mission. This time, they were going armed with pistols, Taser guns and knives. One of them told his colleague as they were flying to Paris, “For a random footballer to be able to kill one trained mercenary, that means that is one hell of a tough dude.” ---- Frank also called Kulaev back and told him,” Find out more about that Ekoko guy, or whatever his name is. For a footballer to be able to kill a trained fighter, that is a guy with a huge potential.” Later that day, Kulaev and Nordin visited Elise at the hospital. “I love him so much, my world is nothing without him. They are going to kill him. They better kill me too.” Elise said. Her words brought tears to her father’s eyes. Kulaev was pained to see his friend crying. He knew seeing a man crying meant a lot of pain. As for her mother, she had fainted from seeing her daughter in so much emotional anguish and had gotten admitted in the same hospital. Her blood pressure had shot dangerously high making her diabetes even worse. For Nordin, he was facing two possible funerals if things turned for the worse. “Girl, we will get Ekoko, don’t worry. Don’t tell anyone.” Kulaev told her. He then kissed her forehead and then, they walked out of that room leaving some nurses attending to her. ---- “This is the station.” The lead mercenary said when they got at the station where Ekoko was being held. He was a 7 feet tall, tough guy from Norway. The other two were from Russia and England respectively. “Good, we might have to kill the policemen too.” The Russian mercenary said. As the three were walking towards the gate of the station, 300 meters away, Kulaev, Kimberly and Roman were in a hired vehicle, with Roman driving them towards the said station and Kulaev seated in front with him. “Remember, boss has interests with Ekoko, so, whatever happens, he must remain alive.” Kulaev, who was in charge, said. Nordin had gone to see Kulaev where he was staying in Paris on a holiday with his Russian girlfriend who was half his age. Nordin was an old friend and so, he naturally knew Kulaev was around. Seeing how worried Nordin looked, Kulaev paid more attention and asked, “What is it buddy?” Nordin sighed and said, “Yesterday, my daughter’s black boyfriend was attacked by a random guy while he was on his morning run. His name is Ekoko, he is a footballer.” “I know your daughter, Elise.” Kulaev said. He once seduced the girl and fucked her in the past while visiting her father in Paris but Nordin didn’t know. “Yes, yes, my favorite daughter. Now, Ekoko overpowered his attacker and killed him. He is a very fit footballer from Cameroon. He is 6 feet 4 inches.” Nordin said. “So unfortunate.” Kulaev said. “Yes, and now he is being held at a police station in Paris. I know that station, it is managed by guys who seriously hates black men and I am so sure that they are going to kill him.” Nordin said. “Why? For killing someone in self defense?” Kulaev asked. “They don’t care about that, they care that he killed a white man. Now, my daughter pleaded with me to help her black boyfriend get released. I had to come to you. The girl is crying like crazy, won’t eat anything and she looks suicidal. I love my girl and would do anything to make her happy. Please, help me get Ekoko out of that station. We can help him go back to his country, or anywhere he can to hide, but we have to get him out of that station. Demand whatever amount you want from me but get him out, get Ekoko out.” Nordin said, pleading. Kulaev thought for a while and then said, “I do not want to go back to doing tough works like in the past.” “I know, I know what you did in the past for a living, but, help me one more time.” Nordin said. “Since you know the station, how long can they keep him there before killing him?” Kulaev asked. “I don’t know, probably 24 hours.” Nordin said. “Alright, 24 is enough for me to call my son. He can fly here and come to do the job.” Kulaev said. “You don’t understand, they might kill him any moment from now.” Nordin said. “Man, you are asking me to go there and get your boy, I am not willing to.” Kulaev said. “Man, whatever it takes, please do it.” Nordin said. Just then, Nordin got a call from his wife. Suspecting something was wrong, he picked the call. NORDIN: Hello. WIFE: Honey, Elise is in hospital, she took a pesticide! She is in ICU and is saying that without her boyfriend, she does not see the need to continue living.
