如果按照慣例處理詐騙集團的方式的話，會做 DNS 汙染，請 ISP 配合停止解析，更進一步的話會請 AppStore & Google Play 下架 Telegram 這個 App
但是，telegram 的 mtproto 通訊是直走 IP，然後台灣應該現階段是沒辦法處理的，所以我猜測，如果對方沒有 24h 內回覆受害者只有 iOS 使用者，因為 Android 可以從官網上下載，而 DNS 汙染這種只要你去套 Google DNS 或 FutaDNS 就能解決惹
要說一個結論就是，大致上處理方式對，但發言的人沒腦子 🤩

07 在 Telegram 中，如果不在“Privacy and Security”设置中打开“Disable filtering”选项，R-18 等敏感内容的频道或群组是进不去的。而这个选项由于合规要求，在商店版的 App 中不会显示，只有官网版本才会显示。
但是之前有人使用官网版本（TDesktop、macOS、Web 网页版）也找不到这个选项，一直觉得奇怪。今天一个群友试了一个下午终于找到答案：他的 Profile 中设置的生日是 2023 年，只要设置到 18 年前的日期，这个选项就会显示了。

Things are being restored slowly across Telegram and these changes might take sometime to reflect. Please remain patient. Channels on DC 5 should be working as of now.
Personal accounts should be able to receive messages (or notifications thereof) but may face trouble accessing messages or performing other actions.

Issue timeline:
- The issue began at 16:20 UTC.
- Telegram acknowledged the issue at 16:21 UTC.
- As of 17:10 UTC, the issue slowly reduced with a few users being able to receive notifications from channels and (maybe chats). Channels based on DC 5 are able to send and edit messages, but the ping is too high.
- As of 17:35, users on DC 5 should be back up.

Telegram Removes Bots Containing Specific Phrases in Messages Today, some bot developers faced the issue regarding their bots being removed by Telegram. The likely reason for the removal is that the bots' messages contained specific phrases that triggered Telegram's security system. 藝人黃子佼日前遭爆出是偷拍網站「創意私房」的高級會員，引發全民公憤，該網站也遭數位部停止解析處理，但近期傳出其經營者「老馬」轉戰Telegram，繼續進行性影像交易。衛福部保護司長張秀鴛表示，目前已經接獲消息並展開蒐證，若確認屬實，「2條件」下可能全面封鎖Telegram使用。「創意私房」先前被爆出以會員制交易、販售偷拍性影像，部分內容更與未成年兒少有關，引發全民激憤，後數位部針對其原網址採取「停止解析」、即封網處理，但近期傳出創意私房的經營者轉戰社群平台、通過Telegram群組吸收成員，繼續進行非法性影像交易，甚至公布受害人個資。
