Raphaël Varane should be out for three to four weeks. He sees the MRI results as positive. He will not play for #mufc before the World Cup [@LaurensJulien]

Raphael Varane's injury is less serious than first feared. If he was to be selected in France’s World Cup squad, he is likely to miss the first game against Australia. [@ddubras] #MUFC

🗣️ Erik ten Hag: "To collect a point. It was well deserved. It is more important to have the right culture, the right standards and values. For long-term, it is always more important [than an equaliser]." [via @lauriewhitwell]

🗣️ Erik ten Hag: "I have to really compliment my team. If you can deliver this [performance] after four games in 10 days, if you dictate the first half and second half [you are] well organised and fight back, I think that has to be the focus." [Sky Sports]

🗣️ Erik ten Hag: "I think I have said enough about that [Cristiano Ronaldo's] situation. Let's focus on this game, it was a good game." [Sky Sports]

🗣️ Erik ten Hag: "It was a tough game, and I saw the body language from my players, they believe, fight back and get the point." [Sky Sports]

🗣️ Erik ten Hag: "It was a good game, two teams close together, but in the first half we dominated the game. That's why the opponent changed their system. Second half was even and in the end, I think, a point is justified." [Sky Sports]

🗣️ Erik ten Hag on Raphael Varane's injury: "It is difficult to say how it is now because it is so soon after the game. We have to wait 24 hours and then we will know what it is." [BBC]

🗣️ Erik ten Hag: "I think it is a fair result. I would have been disappointed if we had gone without a point because we didn't deserve that. At the end of a tough week to come here, you bring the point home." [BBC]

🗣️ Erik ten Hag: "Eight minutes before half time we had some troubles but defence in the second half we didn't have troubles. The second half we didn't really create big chances, but also Chelsea didn't." [BBC]

🗣️ Erik ten Hag: "We dictated the game and I am happy with that. If you concede a goal late it is difficult." [BBC]

🗣️ Erik ten Hag: "First half Rashford had two big chances, Antony one against one. You have to score goals in such moments because in top games three chances is massive. You have to score." [BBC]

That is professionalism. Not complaining, doing everything for the team - not how hard you work, or your dietary standards. Football is a team sport, not an individual one, regardless of your accolades. Certain people want to make everything about themselves - that is why they do not start games anymore regardless of their quality.

Varane and Casemiro define what it is to be true professionals. 4/5 time UCL champions coming into United, they didn't immediately get to grips. In Varane's first season, there were games where Ole or Rangnick did not play him and favoured another defensive partnership. Ten Hag seemed to prefer Martinez-Maguire as a partnership when he first arrived too. Casemiro did not start immediately as Ten Hag wanted to acclimatise him to the English game. None of these players felt like they had a right to a starting spot despite their reputations and careers and were willing to keep their head down and work hard to prove themselves. Now both of them are our most important players in the team.

CASEMIRO EQUALISESS

1-1!!!!!

chelsea have literally done nothing all game and are about to get 3 points because mctominay decided to be a bozo immediately after coming on

dominating the whole game, no penetration in the box at all. rashford comes off, we don't have an attacker to bring on

need to buy a striker in the summer. but the board won't sanction it because they don't watch our games
