🔰 *Make Plentiful Du’ā in Sajdah for your Needs* Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullāh. 🔹The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: *“The nearest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating himself, so make supplication in this state.”* (Muslim, 482.) 🔹He (salallāhu alaihi wasallam) also said: *“I have been prohibited to recite the Qur’an while in rukoo’ or sujood. As regards the rukoo’, exalt the Lord in it, and as to sajdah, make supplication with exertion in it, for that is worthy of being accepted.”* (Abu Dāwūd, 876, graded Sahīh by Al-Albani.) 🔹Shaikh Ibn Bāz (rahimahullaah) said: *“Making Du’ā in sajdah is something legislated in the Shariah. And there is no limitations on it. Indeed a person can supplicate and call upon Allah with whatever Allah makes easy for him for fulfilling his needs. However, if he was to supplicate with Du’ās that are reported from the Prophet (salallāhu alaihi wasallam) then that is better.”* 🔹Shaikh Ibn Bāz also said: *“Du’ās in the sujood or at the end of at-tahiyyāt; Du’ās that a person needs, then there is no problem in that, such as saying: ‘O Allah cure me from this sickness’ or ‘O Allah grant me a righteous wife’ or ‘O Allah give me good pious children’. 📚✨ Sheikh Saalih Al-Fawzaan حفظه الله تعالى said: The correct Aqidah (creed) is that which the Messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه وسلم came with and called to. He عليه الصلاة والسلام clarified that: "The Ummah will split into 73 sects, all of them will be in the Hellfire except one." They asked: "Who are they O Messenger of Allaah?" He said: "Whoever is upon that which I and my companions are upon today." - At-Tirmidhi (#2641). So, whoevers belief is in accordance to the belief of the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions, then he is saved from the punishment of Allaah and will enter Paradise. Therefore, the sect that adheres to this Aqidah (creed) and is firm upon it is called: "The Saved Sect". The reason it is called this name is because it is (the one which is) saved from the punishment of Allaah, out of the 73 sects. As for the remaining sects, then they are in the Hellfire, and refuge in Allaah is sought. Therefore, the saved sect is Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa'ah in every time, beginning from the Messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه و سلم and his companions رضي الله عنهم, up until the last of this Ummah, when the Hour will be established, as it occurs in the Hadeeth: "There will not cease to be a group from my ummah manifest upon the truth.
