Gift Nifty indicates a gap up opening.
Nifty is expected to open in line with Gift Nifty. Could be even better if HDFC Bank gives a strong gap up of 3% or more. But it is quite confusing due to 3 day holiday. On Thursday when the news was out, ADR rose 3%. But on Friday when our markets were closed it dropped 2.5%. Anyways as per nifty charts it has given 8 continuous weeks of red close. Whenever such scenario happens, the bounce back will also be strong. I would say a strong upmove of 500-700 Points will be coming in the index within a span of 1 week. I cant say whether its this week or next week.
Supports are at 22333 & 22217
Resistances are at 22621 & 22810
Try to buy the dips and hold with patience as long as it holds above 22217. | 125 |
| 5 | The big Problem is Tomorrow's holiday. Bouncing from the support as mentioned in weekly charts.
If its not a holiday, I would have boldly suggested to go all long arnd 22250/280 zones.
Unfortunately, I personally wanted to avoid overnight index positions and ignored it.
I am not sure whether we will get another opportunity during next week. But remember if that comes, do not hesitate to go long. | 203 |

| 16 | Good Morning All,
Gift Nifty indicates a negative opening.
Nifty had a worst September series since 2001. It has tested the 200 SMA in weekly time frame and bounced from there. Now yesterday's low becomes the support. As long as it holds, it must move higher to reach atleast 23140.50 by tomorrow to overcome the 8th week of negative close. An upside 440+ Points in two days seems to be a difficult task at present situation. But VIX above 13 will give volatile moves.
Couple of positive factors which may support bulls.
1. Index rebounds after testing 200 SMA on weekly TF.
2. 1st day of New series.
3. MMI moved from below 10 to 16+ yesterday. Still at oversold levels.
4. RSI was below 25 yesterday and it inched up to 26.71. Still at oversold levels.
5. Crude cracked more than 3.5%.
Let us wait and see how market reacts. Those who are scary may exit positions ID as and when you are happy with profits.
