And there’s something else this retreat revealed. Something you need to know about me. I’m not the fucking expert. I don’t have a good website. I’m working on it. I don’t want to serve everyone. I’m still learning. I don’t know everything. And yes, I don’t like the traditional approach to learning foreign languages. In the professional circles, I’m the crazy one. I am a woman who navigates life with the curiosity of a child. I talk about changing patterns, and I myself am guilty of not changing them fast enough. Every week I meet with my coach, bring the old patterns to the meeting….and hear them talk. I hate those conversations:) They beg me to stay 😁 In this season of life I am a stay-at-home mom. I’m not a YouTube star. I don’t have time for posting carefully edited content. I love everything real. So I show up as I am today - real. It’s not how I want to be forever. I’m going toward better, fuller, more expressed, more alive, but today it is what it is. I’m an incredible teacher. This I know. But I don’t necessarily match the criteria of what this should look like. I think I’m becoming a great chef. I love cooking. I live in a village and enjoy long walks far from the city noise. I work from home because this is how I like it. I am a mother who can bite. I’m idealistic. I am village girl. I say the “f” word. I don’t invest much in my social media even though I know I should. I need an assistant to get more things done. I know this. I take care of the most important: people. This includes myself, my son, and my people. If I work with you, you have my attention, my faith, my energy and my focus. And everything else gets moved to the back burner. If you’re looking for a teacher who will you correct English, that’s not me. It’s just not interesting for me anymore. What’s interesting is expansion, identity work, more opportunities worldwide, more abundance, and truth. I can’t and won’t define myself as an expert in anything. I love exploring the idea of becoming. What else am I meant to become? What else can I learn? What other gifts do I have that I haven’t tapped into yet? And if I’m not for you, that’s okay. Oh and btw, I forgot to mention that I believe in the healing power of consciousness and I practice trance healing. If this is too “woo woo” for you, that’s okay😁 And if you feel that we might get along, DM me because I love working with crazy, ambitious and even delusional people who know what they know and don’t settle for “what’s on the menu”. They choose what’s truly theirs, not what’s available.

In December 2025 I hosted my first mini retreat for women. The theme was: “Letting go”. Who are you outside the people you meet with on a daily basis? Outside social roles, labels, opinions, and circumstances? This retreat helped me see something clearly and cleanly. I’m not built for everyone and I should stop attempting to build my business for everyone. I’m built for: private, intimate, deep, high-trust, high-standard, and emotionally present work. Not because it’s “better,” but because it’s true. I’m not doing the “secret sauce / 20 years packaged into a course” thing. My mastery is visible in how I live my every day. It’s in how I move, speak, parent, practice, and build my day That’s why my work lands differently. People don’t come for “tips.” They come for a shift. And come for truth. I’ve been building my method for 10 years. I started in 2015. The next chapter for me isn’t “more knowledge.” It’s deeper integration. I’m ready for people who desire to learn by living the method, who welcome identity-level change, truth-telling, emotional precision, and intimacy (including in English). And these people are ready for me. The language mastery that I teach is identity work. “You can speak English… but can you express your truth in English?” If you are not there yet, your practice must be around mastering emotional presence in a foreign language, embodying vulnerability and clarity, learning intimacy, defining your values and setting boundaries. This requires knowing who you are and who you’re not. This level will demand that you learn to speak as a woman, a mother, a lover, a human — not a “professional English speaker” My work isn’t for the masses because not everyone wants truth. Some people want comfort, stories that keep them in pain, or performative progress. My clients want mastery, excellence, depth, and most importantly— change. My work, my events and my coaching is for the people who actually want to meet themselves. If you’re interested in 1:1 work, I’m inviting you to start a conversation in DMs. If you’re not sure what format could work for you, let’s start with a diagnostic call. It’s honest, confidential, and you’ll know how to apply the results to real life.

Being spontaneous in English means being able to hold your power under emotional pressure. when you can't hold that pressure, you rehearse every conversation in your head. You delay what you want to say hoping they won't notice your hesitation or disappointment. You choose to wait for 'the right time" and as a result, you say nothing while feeling the need to express a lot. You treat your anxiety as permission to stay slient and keep playing it small. You wait for someone to come and "save" you: someone who wil be patient enough to understand your internal struggles, your anxiety, your nervousness, your intensity, and then patiently decode your silence and help you formulate what you mean to say. You shrink. And then you feel depleted because "they' don't get to see who you really are. They see a foreigner who's struggling to express themselves. They don't get to see the real you. The truth is, your behavior keeps you invisible for the caliber of people you want. Your standards wobble the minute you switch to English. In your first language, you're assertive and powerful. You know how to ask for what you want. You are professional, confident, and high-performing. Yet, in English you doubt yourself. You don't trust your own voice. In conversations with native speakers you downplay your needs because you automatically place their needs and their judgement above yours. You go in circles instead of crossing over to the other side. Or maybe you're the person who is always crossing that bridge. Stop crossing. Arrive. Stop looking for more patterns when you already know them all. Stop trying to understand your patterns, your trauma, your reasons to stay small. You don't need more conversations about your patterns and why they persist. You need new skills. The pattern changes when you decide to end it. To end it, you need skills. I am happy to work with capable, curious, infinitely wise people who want the skills to cross over and learn to show up as their real selves - in English too. I have 2 open spots for 1:1 coaching, and I'm inviting you into a 6-mo partnership. Work with me for 6 months, and your old patterns will dissolve if you let them. The new skills will elevate your life in the most unimaginable ways. But first, start with the Diagnostics Call. $300 (credited if you join any private container) It's private, confidential, and practical. You will see your patterns from a new angle and get a PDF with practice recommentdations + the recording of the call. apply here

We must prioritize the internal world of a student over the curriculum. That’s how we revolutionize education. Most students are never taught to be “learners.” They’re not seen as capable, daring individuals who can figure it out. Their struggles, stress, and inability to deal with failure get overridden; they’re told to stop complaining and keep going. Learning must be personalized. This is what I believe in and what I practice. Two things are required to move the needle: 1. Teachers have to keep learning — always. If you’re not actively getting better, you’re not a practitioner anymore. And the second you start looking down on beginners, you lose your superpower: teaching people how to learn. You can’t teach what you don’t practice. Otherwise you’re just selling the curriculum as the answer (and those “advanced levels” rarely translate into real life). 2. A teacher must be intensely interested in understanding their own internal world and developing their own meta-skills. Again, students can’t learn this from someone who hasn’t invested the time to acquire the skill. People are supposed to learn from and with people. WITH people who practice the same. FROM people who have mastered the skills that we want — and whose feedback we want — because they live the life we admire.

I bring my videos and audio recordings to my accent coach, and he helps me improve what needs to be improved. I watch all my videos, listen back to all the audios that I record for my students and self-correct. I don't redo all the videos. I learn from failures and do my best to change the pattern and do better next time. It's not about delivering perfection every single time. That would create constant pressure. It's about changing the norm. The work I do is all about shifting patterns. It's hard work, but once they change, YOU change to the point of no return. There's no going back, only forward. We are meant to continuously expand and evolve. Holding on to your old speaking patterns (in any language), staying loyal to lack of clarity, inconsistency, internal chaos and the need to hide your true self behind the words does't serve the expansion. You contract and hide more. The more words you learn, the better you perform at exams, the more you hide... if you can't self-correct and learn from failure. We need more people who have a greater capacity to cope because this directly impacts their capacity to learn. We need more people who can enter the intensity and stay there, and BE with it...because spontaneous speech in English requires the capacity to take risks, make decisions in real time, and not collapse under pressure. That's what I teach. If you want to learn the method, click on the link in bio. For advanced language learners who are done feeling reduced and unseen in English. If you want feedback on your accent, comment "ACCENT". We do American accent assessment so you have clarity about where you are and what to work on. And if you're ready for 1:1 work, send a DM. It starts with a conversation.

60-sec Voice Challenge (for advanced English speakers) If you’re fluent but don’t sound like you in real time — this is for you. 🎙 Record 60–180 seconds https://www.videoask.com/fw1j3nk4s Why do you want to be more spontaneous in English — and where do you feel blocked? Don't rehearse. Do it UNprepared. Just one take. After you submit, comment SENT here. I’ll choose a few and share one precise upgrade.

When we work on clarity with my 1:1 clients, I ask them, “How do you want to sound in English? Most people don’t know. I let them sit with this question. Sometimes for weeks. Then they come back with “I want to sound real” I say, “Okay. What does that look like?” They think again. And we work toward finding their truth. We practice to embody different shades of “real” until we find what’s true. Here is my answer: My tone is soulful, direct, embodied. I often use analogies and metaphors, and when I do, it’s usually in service of truth (not decoration). That’s why what I say lands in the heart, not only in the mind. I share my lived experience through my voice and thus invite a soulful connection. Have you thought about your voice in English? How do you want to sound and come across?

if you want to self-correct effectively, you need feedback and a clear structured method • join the Practice Studio Apply for 1:1 work • Do my NEW!!!! 1:1 8-week intensive to see your patterns, feel the gap, and get practical recommendations to move forward. ($1800) Comment "self-correction", and I will help you choose the right product for you.

What the "Fluent-but-Muted" Person Says vs What They Really Mean. They say, “Let’s provide more clarity globally.” (this is the corporate mask they're wearing) They use 'business words" in non-business contexts: "provide", "globally", "proposal", "case". This is the vocabulary they know and practice daily at work. What they mean is: "I only learned English where being human felt unsafe, so I hide behind business words." What they don't see: "My English makes closeness impossible; I sound like a corporate policy, not a person." What they need to say to make a shift: provide → give case → story/situation globally → usually proposal → idea/plan Maybe you also know how to speak corporate English but fail to express your real self? DM 'fluency", and we will schedule a 20-min complimentary call about your situation. Private and confidential. I coach non-native English speakers to sound real and authentic in English. If you're ready for this work, I want to connect with you.

It's an older video, but the exercises are good. I'm showing you to how FIND and IMPLEMENT knowledge. Today we can instantly have it with AI, and it's awesome! I still recommend implementing it😁 Find examples of how native speakers say the word/phrase. Listen. Repeat. Internalize. Make it yours. https://youtu.be/9kJOV3IpLEg?si=uwKEcxcgsp-gMaNx

“The difference between the ‘almost right’ word and the ‘right’ word is really a large matter … ’tis the difference between the lightning bug and the lightning.” – Mark Twain

What does unclear communication in English cost you per month? Can you answer in USD? Every day I see the cost of not being clear. Usually it’s a relationship - with clients, investors or potential employers. Relationships = people. Money comes from people. Aligned people. So, losing relationships always means losing money. I’m curious: how much money are we talking about? What’s your reality?
