Thus, as of Round 11 we are introducing OceanDAO Stewards, who will meet with grantees before the proposal deadline, to provide guidance towards ROI > 1. Stewards will also be in charge with vetting teams to be eligible for higher-level rewards. A >50% vote by all stewards in multisig is needed to access the higher funds. Problems to solve: In a nutshell, the @MGH_DAO will leverage its community to curate the creation of different datasets revolving around metaverse NFTs that are then published on the #OceanMarket.
