I'm not a fan of taking any line on the river that could induce me to fold an under-boat against described villain which you have such a storied history with. If I'm betting, it's with the intent to call the all-in as he could possibly have KQ (turned to a bluff), or overvaluing AQ (or AJo turned to a bluff as it turns out). OTOH, draws are probably discounted because of the rainbow paired nature of the board on the turn.
I can also see a river check-call line as viable, although I'll admit that there might be bias because unfortunately you posted results in the OP. Will he value own himself w/ AA on the river where he might fold to your bet? Will he turn QQ on the river to a bluff? These are some of the questions you should ask yourself and evaluate before betting the river. As hero didn't isol himself JJ and KK jump into villains range and hero is capped to AT/KJ/Tx type of capped ranges BTW, are you really betting Tx hands into the villain and 2 limpers who checked to villain? Also, is there a particular reason you're not checking to villain on the flop? Seems he's likely to take a stab with a lot of hands such as AA/KK/QQ/Jx/AQ/AK. by 2crux CycleV Quote

As played you call. He would have all sorts of hands considering your history. If he has the nuts so be it. But I am not folding to this guy. by 2crux CycleV Quote

On the turn, you donked again, he called.
You look super, super strong when you bet this river again. And most competent players aren't going to bluff into super strong players.
But what moves the needle to a call for me is you hold the only hand that makes sense that he can have a value hand you beat anyway. He might overplay AT (4-16 combos), QT(probably 4-8 combos), AQ (all combos). His AK might venture a value raise, though that's far less likely.
I don't know, maybe I'm too much of a calling station, but I can't fold this against a competent player. Versus my player pool, though, I fold that shit 80-90% of the time. I'm so lucky. by 1CycleV Quote

I can’t figure out if Vs shove on the river was for value or a bluff. What better hand was he trying to bluff you off of? Did he feel confident he could bluff you off sets, trips or 2P by shoving 1k into a 1.5k pot? He beats everything else, except for maybe AK/KQ. His shove seems wacky and ill-conceived. Unless there is some meta game factor that we are not aware of, you might want to reconsider your perception that he is a solid player. Maybe you just mean he is insanely aggressive? In that case you definitely need to call when you have a disguised boat. He could have KK or JJ, but lesson learned here is he could easily have lots of worse hands too.
