We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer & Tech Lead to take ownership of our websites, CRM, and internal tech systems. This leadership-track role combines development, process design, and team mentoring. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and have the opportunity to build your own tech team as the company grows.
▫️What You’ll Do:
- Lead development and maintenance of PHP-based websites (English + Arabic).
- Develop new features, pages, and internal tools with a focus on UX/UI and conversions.
- Configure, automate, and manage CRM systems (Zoho preferred; Salesforce/HubSpot acceptable).
- Document processes and enforce coding standards.
- Troubleshoot website, CRM, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with business teams to design scalable tech systems.
- Mentor junior developers or freelancers in the future.
▫️What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in full-stack development (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript/React/Vue).
- Strong CMS skills (WordPress, Elementor) and custom PHP experience.
- CRM setup and automation experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- API/webhook knowledge, version control (GitHub/GitLab).
- Bilingual website development (Arabic + English).
- UX/UI optimization and website security knowledge.
- Ownership mindset, strong leadership potential, and excellent communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
