Kindly help highlight the growing insecurity in Dagoretti South.
This morning at around 6:40 a.m., I witnessed more than 10 young men allegedly armed with knives attacking and robbing members of the public at the Dagoretti–Mutuini Railway Crossing near Mutuini Boys High School.
The gang was reportedly targeting people heading to work and school, stealing mobile phones, money and other valuables. The area has become increasingly unsafe, yet hundreds of residents, students and workers rely on this route every morning.
We are living in fear because anyone passing through that stretch can easily become a victim. I appeal to the National Police Service and the Dagoretti South security team to urgently increase patrols and restore security before someone loses their life.
