Coz one loses Money on the way Down - That Hurts more. Opportunity missed does not hurt as much. So will always see Caution calls more :) Every day you have a Caution Note for the last 3 months. So can assume This is definitely not the best time to Go All in or Leverage Buy. Time to be more Balanced in Approach. Re-look at your Asset Allocation and Time Frame. At times Staying Put and not doing anything Brave is also a  good Call.
