Empty Echo

The record uses passages from John Harris’ 1953 novel of the same name to tell the story of an aircraft crew shot down in World War Two, who await their fate while lost at sea. The novel was in-part inspired by Chris' grandfather, Jacques, who served in Air-Sea Rescue and was the youngest skipper in the RAF. Chris’ father, Mark, narrates the story. Empty Echo
