Hallituksen terveiset:
Hallituksen viimeisin kokous oli suhteellisen tiivis. Hyväksyttiin laskuja, uusia jäseniä, yksi uusi toimihenkilö ja sovittiin edustuksista. Kohokohtana hallitus sai ilmoituksen siitä, että AS:n ISOpomo voitti TiK:n ISOvastaavan viinanjuontikilpailussa AS:n fuksisitseillä.
Kaikki hallituksen esityslistat ja pöytäkirjat julkaistaan tänne. Hallitus kokoontuu seuraavan kerran 17.9. klo 17:00. Jos haluat osallistua kokoukseen, ota yhteyttä @shilderi.

🤖Automaatioteekkaripäivät 2026 soittaa, aiotko vastata? 🤖
On taas se aika vuodesta kun automaatio-opiskelijat ympäri Suomea kokoontuvat yhden seikkailuntäytteisen viikonlopun 2.-4.10. ajaksi viettämään Automaatioteekkaripäiviä! Tämän vuoden isännöitsijäkiltana toimii Aalto-yliopiston Automaatio- ja systeemitekniikan kilta 💜. Eli aASien ei tarvitsekaan lähteä merta pidemmäksi kalaan päästäkseen viettämään riehakasta viikonloppua sekä tutustumaan muiden kaupunkien automaatio-alan opiskelijoihin ja opiskelijakulttuureihin. Tapahtuma maksaa 30€, lisää tietoa linkistä alla.
❗️HUOM! Tapahtuma EI ole rajoitettu pelkästään AR-pääaineen opiskelijoille, vaan kaikki aASit ovat tervetulleita ja toivottuja ATP:lle❗️

Sisältö saa olla hulvatonta, asiallista, opiskelija-arkea, kiinnostavia ilmiöitä tai jotain ihan muuta: kunhan aiheena on automaatio. Työstä maksetaan palkkio.

Ever wondered what is actually being researched and developed at our school? Now you have the chance to find out! 👀
At the Research Fair, you can get to know the research groups at ELEC's departments and hear about what is being researched and developed at our school. Topics range from satellites and robotics to wireless technologies, artificial intelligence and health technology.
✨ This year, we are also excited to welcome the Department of Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering (NBE) for the first time!
There will be a wide variety of activities for all ELEC students, whether you are interested in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, communications engineering or biomedical engineering.
Participating departments:
• Department of Electronics and Nanoengineering (ELE): Research in electronics, micro- and nanotechnology, photonics and space technology, ranging from quantum devices and nanomaterials all the way to satellites.
• Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation (EAA): Research in electrical engineering, automation, robotics, electrical systems and electrical engineering applications, including energy and healthcare technologies.
• Department of Information and Communications Engineering (DICE):
Research in communications and network technologies, signal processing, wireless systems, as well as audio and speech technology.

Research on the brain and nervous system, as well as biomedical engineering, medical imaging, biosignals and health technologies.

Laitosriehassa pääset tutustumaan ELECin laitosten tutkimusryhmiin ja kuulemaan, mitä koulullamme tutkitaan ja kehitetään. Aiheita löytyy satelliiteista ja robotiikasta langattomiin teknologioihin, tekoälyyn ja terveysteknologiaan.

| 12 | Paloturvallisuus kampuksella
Toukokuussa TUASilla syttyi tulipalo henkilökohtaisen akkukäyttöisen henkilökuljettimen akun latauksen aikana. Vaikka palo oli verrattain pieni, se aiheutti laajoja savu-, noki- ja vesivahinkoja, ja tilojen korjaaminen kestää kuukausia.
Paloturvallisuuden parantamiseksi muistathan siis:
- Omien polkupyörien, sähköpotkulautojen, henkilökuljettimien ja muiden vastaavien laitteiden akkuja saa ladata vain niille tarkoitetuissa latauspisteissä Kandidaattikeskuksessa (Otakaari 1).
- Pidä käytävien väliovet suljettuina.
- Käytä vain laadukkaita, valmiita akkupaketteja.
- Älä säilytä tai käytä tarpeettomia tai epäilyttäviä akkuja. Ota tarvittaessa yhteyttä teknisiin palveluihin asianmukaista hävittämistä varten.
Pienikin akkupalo voi aiheuttaa merkittäviä vahinkoja. Huolehditaan yhdessä kampuksen paloturvallisuudesta.

Fire safety on campus
In May, a fire broke out at TUAS while the battery of a personal electric mobility device was being charged. Although the fire was relatively small, it caused extensive smoke, soot and water damage, and the affected spaces will take months to repair.

- Keep doors between corridors closed.
- Use only high-quality, ready-made battery packs.
- Do not store or use unnecessary or questionable batteries. Contact Technical Services if you need help with proper disposal.

Viime kokouksessa hallitus puhui puolivuotistoiminnantarkastuksesta ja uusien haalarien hinnasta sekä hyväksyi uuden jäsenrekisterin käyttöönoton ja uuden tietosuojaselosteen. Laskujakin hyväksyttiin. Hallitus toivottaa kaikille kiltalaisille hauskaa uutta opintovuotta ja uudet fuksit tervetulleiksi kiltaan!

Board's greetings: At the last meeting, the board discussed the half-year operational audit and the price of the new overalls, and approved rolling out the new member register and the new privacy notice. Invoices were approved as well. The board wishes every guild member a fun new academic year and welcomes the new fuksis to the guild!
