EA Budak Ubat (Channel)

Hi everyone. Meta decided to ban my WhatsApp for no reason, so I’m moving our communications somewhere they can't touch. I’ve set up a dedicated email for all EA business. Hit me up at: support@eabudakubat.com. Banned by an Algorithm: How Meta Shut Down My Legitimate Business Line in 4 Minutes If you've been trying to reach me for EA support on WhatsApp, you've likely noticed my number is down. I want to share exactly what happened, as it highlights a massive flaw in Meta’s automated moderation that is actively hurting small businesses. The Incident & The "Review" My account was suddenly banned with the standard message: "This account can't use WhatsApp." I submitted a Request for Review at 1:39 AM. The rejection came at 1:43 AM. A 4-minute turnaround makes it explicitly clear that no human actually reviewed my chat logs. I am a Meta Verified user, yet the system states support is full, cutting me off from any human intervention. The Flawed Triggers My WhatsApp is the main support line for EABudakUbat.com, providing assistance for automated trading software on MetaTrader 4. Here is the reality of my usage: 100% Inbound-Driven: I do not run mass broadcasts or unsolicited marketing campaigns. I only reply to users who initiate contact via my official website. Customer Support, Not Spam: I assist registered users with license authorizations and MT4 configurations. Naturally, I use a saved set of standardized English replies because the product specifications do not change. Using standard Quick Replies for efficiency is a hallmark of good customer service, yet the algorithm seems to penalize it. The Likely Culprit (Forced Group Adds): Days before the ban, I was involuntarily added to a suspicious group featuring special characters in its name—a known tactic for scam groups. I didn't join it, I wasn't an admin, and I sent absolutely zero messages. I simply missed the notification because I mute mass groups to focus on legitimate client DMs. I am being penalized for being forcefully added to a group against my will, and for efficiently answering technical questions from users who sought me out. While I continue to fight this automated wall, EABudakUbat operations remain fully active. Please route all business, support tickets, and inquiries to support@eabudakubat.com.
