VICIdial is an opensource call center suite based on the Asterisk. I presonally prefer VICIdial to other solution such as Freepbx for Call Center as it has some unique features such predictive Dialing or Ability to control Call recording on demand in Agent Panel . I have decided to create a series of VICIdial training videos that I shared here .
