Yet society teaches us to hide it. To feel guilty for slowing down. To take every mood, every shift, as something personal. But you don’t have to. You don’t have to blame yourself. You just have to understand your cycle. Learn it. Track it. Honor it. Let it guide your energy, not destroy your self-worth. We are not made to be the same every day.
