One step at a time. What is your next small step?

At 30, what does growth actually mean? When I was younger, I thought growth meant having everything figured out. A good career. A stable relationship. Confidence. Clear decisions. And ለሁሉም ነገር መልስ ማግኘት። Now that I am 30, I am realizing that growth does not always look like certainty. Sometimes growth is አለማወቅን ማወቅ. Sometimes it is ሰውን ለማሳመን ከመሞከር ሰላምን መምረጥ (መሸነፍ). Sometimes it is setting a boundary, taking responsibility, እርዳታን መጠየቅ, or ድጋሜ መጀምር. ዕድሜ ሲጨምር ሁሉንም ነገር እናውቃለን ብዬ አስብ ነበር። But now I think growing older does not necessarily mean having fewer questions. Sometimes it means asking the right questions. For me, growth is slowly becoming ለራስ መታመን፣ ማን እንደሆንኩ፣ ምን እንደሚጎለኝ ማወቅ, እና ምን እንደሚያስፈልገኝ መረዳት። What does growth mean to you at this stage of your life?

Simply it's for honest notes about life በአጠቃላይ ግን ለመዘርዘር ያክል: relationships, career, leadership, personal growth, mistakes, opportunities, and the lessons hidden inside everyday experiences.
