Clinical case :راجل عنده 62 سنة، جاله ألم في بطنه من يومين، الألم بدأ خفيف وبعدين زاد تدريجي، ومتركز أكتر في الناحية الشمال تحت (Left lower quadrant pain). كمان بيشتكي من: حرارة خفيفة إحساس بالانتفاخ إمساك بقاله كام يوم غثيان بسيط فقدان شهية بيقول إن عنده تاريخ طويل من الإمساك وقلة الألياف في الأكل.
في الفحص:فيه tenderness و guarding خفيف في الـ LLQ الحرارة 38°C CBC فيه leukocytosis ايه التشخيص هنا ؟ وايه ال complications اللي ممكن تحصل؟
