It seems that if the Clarity Act isn't presented on the plan today, then it can't go before resess. There's a route via a Cloture Vote, but if it's not on the rota by CoB then that route can't happen. A Cloture Vote would provide up to 30 hrs for debate, and thresholds for vote numbers. The chances of it being passed before Sept are very low, if not impossible.

Likely all assets launched via the Stellar Foundation channel will be in the Stellar Bank App. There has not been an official post regarding the Stellar Network Assets flowing into the Stellar Bank App, however It seems highly likely that they would. Stay tuned to Joyce Kim’s announcements.
