💎Restless Legs Syndrome :- • Restless legs syndrome is common and affects about 1– 5% of people. • It may be primary (idiopathic) or occur with Parkinson disease, pregnancy, iron deficiency anemia, or peripheral neuropathy, especially uremic or diabetic neuropathy. -occurs only at evening or night. -Ferritin should always be measured. -Patients with ferritin ≤ 75 mcg/L and transferrin saturation < 45% should receive oral iron sulfate before other drug therapy. Treatment:- -Gabapentin 300mg capsule od or bid -Pregabaline 150-300mg od or in divided doses . ✅️CURRENT 2026
