We're considering introducing a small platform fee (0.1%–0.5% per trade) solely to fund referral commissions. What happened: During the migration window, Row Level Security (RLS) was not enabled immediately on our new database. This created a brief period during which unauthorized parties were able to query and export user account data directly from our Supabase instance. No passwords, private keys, wallet seeds, or financial transaction details were exposed. Didit offers fast, simple identity verification: government ID and a selfie, done in under 2 minutes. No waiting days for manual review. Our existing document upload system stays fully intact as an alternative for those who prefer it. This is not our final position on KYC. We are actively working toward a near-decentralized option that keeps user documents off any third party server entirely. Didit is the best available bridge until we get there.
