I don't know how much my input is welcome on this situation that just shouldn't be dragged out any more than it is, and ill try to be short with this I want to add something Depicting disturbing topics in and out of itself isn't wrong Art should disturb the comfortable and comfort the disturbed and all But it needs to be kept in mind that depicting heavy topics in your art comes with a great responsibility there's a stark difference between someone who has experienced trauma using art as an outlet to express their said trauma as a way to cope and people using dark topics as an aesthetic, as a way to look "edgy" or "dark" or "cool" The latter, frankly, is fucking disgusting. And it should never in a thousand years ever be excused.
