Request: eFootball Server for Egypt and North Africa
Dear KONAMI eFootball Team,
Thank you for your continued work on eFootball and for the recent addition of servers in Athens, Istanbul, and Lagos. This is a welcome step toward improving the online experience for players worldwide.
I am an eFootball player from Egypt, and I respectfully ask you to consider establishing a game server in Egypt, or another suitable location in North Africa.
Many players in our region experience inconsistent online matches, including high ping, lag, delayed player responses, and unstable connections. In a game where timing and control are essential, these issues affect passing, shooting, and defending, reducing the quality of the competitive experience.
Egypt's strategic location at the crossroads of North Africa, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean makes it a promising location to evaluate for a regional game server. Egypt also has a passionate football community and many active eFootball players across mobile, PC, and console platforms. A server in Egypt could benefit players in Egypt and neighboring countries.
I understand that a new server may not solve every connection issue and that server infrastructure requires careful planning and investment. Therefore, I respectfully ask your network team to:
- Review connection and match-quality data for players in Egypt and North Africa.
- Assess the technical and commercial feasibility of establishing a server in Egypt.
- Consider Egypt as a potential location in future server expansion plans.
- Explore alternative solutions to improve connectivity in our region if a dedicated server is not currently feasible.
I would be happy to provide documented connection tests, screenshots, ping readings, and player feedback to support your evaluation.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope Egypt and North Africa will receive greater consideration in future eFootball server expansion plans.
Kind regards,
An eFootball Player from Egypt
