Interesting read by this butiful soul. I liked the way this piece approaches hierarchy less as a question of who gets to be on top and more as a question of how authority becomes protected from being questioned. There’s something interesting about the distinction between authority that can be tested and corrected, and authority that can always produce another explanation for why it was right. very thought inducing read

Yes I work remotely The main way of finding remote jobs is your frens lol, connect with people and befriend them. Like if I'm a person with lots of opportunities i obv would refer my friends first. aside from friends demo be active on communities (senior designer opportunity bagegn I know esat people from the community), Linkedin and X. People here get crazy stuff from X only (refer to Nati's channel) And second is apply on upwork, freelancing there and building your profile = one of em might hire you full time too once your profile is past newbie level.

💀💀💀 Just distracting myself to escape my brain

I need people that hold me responsible like this lol. My bad, I have been in a very confused state for the past like 2 months. Confused about my career speciality and goals. I been trying to unstuck myself these past 3 weeks and get the gears going but me being confused about a grand goal is very expensive for me since I decide for that one thing and lose an arm and a leg for it if it comes to that lol. So reconsidering a few things hasn't been easy, thats why I've been lacking on certain areas.
