Before the latest pullback, $CRWV was trading at 48% relative discount to $NBIS, assuming 8 GW and 5 GW deployed capacity by 2030 and $10/billion revenue per GW. After the pullback, that relative discount has widened even further to 50%. You can try to justify this all day long by citing $CRWV leverage but you’ll see $CRWV leverage to come down and $NBIS’s leverage go up as capacity deployment ramps and backlogs convert as $CRWV has double $NBIS backlog. $NBIS will have to build more capacity to reach current ARR of $CRWV and expand its book of business which will lead to higher debt. In the end, both depend on the AI demand. It makes no sense at all to think $NBIS will do somehow better if the demand doesn’t stay strong.
