- معلومات إضافية جزئية microtechnique من مرجع جانكويرا: 1-Hematoxylin & Eosin (H&E) Stain: The most commonly used routine staining method. -Primary Stain (Hematoxylin): Acts as a basic stain to turn nuclei blue/purple. -Counterstain (Eosin): Acts as an acidic stain to color cytoplasm and extracellular matrix/connective tissue pink. 2-Metal Impregnation Techniques: Uses silver salt solutions to visualize specific extracellular matrix (ECM) fibers and neural elements in nervous tissue. 3-Osmium Tetroxide: Used in electron microscopy (EM) following glutaraldehyde fixation to preserve and stain cellular lipids and proteins. 4-Plastic Resins: Embedding media suitable for high-resolution light microscopy and electron microscopy; avoids high-temperature exposure. 5-Masson's Trichrome: A specialized stain used to distinguish between various extracellular tissue components (e.g., muscle vs. collagen). 6-Feulgen Reaction: A modification of the PAS (Periodic acid–Schiff) procedure specifically used to stain nuclear DNA.
