SAMSUNG, SK HYNIX & MICRON SUED OVER RAM PRICES 📈
Samsung, SK hynix, and Micron are facing a new antitrust lawsuit in the US.
The lawsuit claims the three companies kept DRAM production low on purpose even as demand kept rising. That allegedly reduced supply and pushed RAM prices higher for everyone.
The people behind the lawsuit want it to become a class action and are seeking compensation for businesses and consumers who say they paid more because of it.
The claims are part of the lawsuit and have not been proven in court.
