I think more people need to step up and speak out against bad practices in crypto, especially when it comes to serial launches.
People can argue for or against serial launching, and that's a fair debate, but there has to be a distinction.
There's a huge difference between a developer who launches multiple projects to test narratives, and identify something they genuinely believe can become a success...
...versus the serial launcher whose entire business model is extraction.
They launch with no real intention of sending the project, they accumulate cheap supply, use KOLs and influencers to generate hype, distribute into the liquidity, let everyone else exit behind them, then hope enough volume remains to finish selling the rest of their bags. Once the supply is gone, they disappear and move on to the next launch, leaving the community to either revive the project themselves or watch it die.
That's not building, that's farming people.
To be clear, not every project succeeds, even developers with genuine conviction can fail, and yes, there are good serial launchers who will eventually move on if a project dies / fails, I can understand that.
The question isn't whether they leave.
It's how they leave.
Did they spend real time trying to make it work? Did they exhaust every option before accepting defeat? Did they communicate openly with the community? Or was the exit plan already baked into the launch from day one?
Intent matters.
If you ask me which developers I look out for, they're the ones building projects I genuinely believe can reach 10M MC+, not because of hype, but because of conviction. Some only ever launch one project, while others may launch multiple over time, but every launch has a clear thesis, a plan, and a genuine intention to win. They build treasuries (actually I look for ones that already have liquidity pre-launch that can afford to manage the chart), fund market makers, reinvest into marketing, attract long-term holders, and continue showing up every single day. More often than not, they end up overcapitalized because they're investing more back into the project than they ever expected, all in pursuit of giving it the best chance to succeed.
The biggest tell isn't what they say before launch.
It's what they do after launch.
When the chart bleeds, are they still in the trenches? Are they still shipping? Are they still spending? Are they still leading? Or have they already started teasing the next token?
I understand developers need to make money, I understand recovering costs, I understand taking some profit after months of work. What I don't understand is launching with the intention of extracting as much value as possible from the very community that trusted you.
If your business model relies on leaving a trail of dead charts and broken communities behind you, you're not building an ecosystem.
You're just recycling liquidity.
The crypto industry doesn't need fewer launches.
It needs more accountability, more transparency, and more developers whose incentives remain aligned with their communities long after the launch is over.
When I'm investing, this is what I look for, sometimes the launch succeeds, sometimes it doesn't, that's just part of crypto, what matters to me is that I'm investing in developers who genuinely believe in the narrative they're launching and are committed to giving it every chance to succeed, not developers whose intention from day one is simply to extract from the community. I also understand that developers need to manage risk, not every narrative works, and not every project can be pushed forever. If they've acted in good faith, put in the work, and eventually decide to move on because the narrative has failed, I can respect that. There's a huge difference between accepting a failed thesis and launching with the intention of farming your community from the very beginning.

I’m trying to understand why one of Matt Furie’s narrative memecoins, $HOODBIRD on Robinhood Chain, is still under a $100M market cap?
HOODBIRD is one of Matt Furie’s HEDz NFT characters and is also featured in his third book, Cortex Vortex. The memecoin was launched by @Slogi_Eth, who is followed by Matt Furie himself, and Matt even liked Slogi’s $HOODBIRD post.
This is a stamp of approval from Matt, and we've not witnessed anything like this in a long time from him and in crypto, and it's all happening on Robinhood chain, with $HOODBIRD.
With the combination of an original Furie character, appearances across multiple official works, and direct on-chain/community attention, I’m surprised the market hasn’t valued it higher, especially with the dev and Matt's recent interaction.
Am I missing something, or is this simply one of the most overlooked Matt Furie narratives right now?

$BTC, $SOL, and even $ETH all breaking out.
If Trump doesn't post something stupid, we could be in for a banger few weeks, with both CPI and US PPI numbers coming out bullish for crypto.
I hope you have enough of your conviction plays, expect some big moves.
I remain bullish on $SPCX69 👀 waiting for Elon to turn on the the SpaceX mindshare along with the $SPCX chart going parabolic.

So far, so good, complete gut instinct play, but $CASHCAT is already back to a $130M market cap.
This could still turn the other way, I've seen it happen many times, so remember, this was always a risky entry.
But let's see how it plays out, I just felt Robinhood had to let their main runner win, so I bet on it.
Cashchat wins, more Robinhood memecoins will win.
Anyways, I plan to use my winnings to ape into some other plays, which is exactly why I took this position lol. 😂

Some have asked me about my thoughts on $ASTER.
As you all know, I'm a Top 50 holder, I put in around $3M, aped the dips, and haven't needed to DCA further because $ASTER has been holding like a stablecoin.
I'm currently down around $1M, and I have zero worries, the team has been very proactive, keeps me updated, and I even appreciate the recent gift they sent me.
In my opinion, Aster will become the biggest Perp DEXs, the team continues to build, innovate, grow the ecosystem, introduce more burns, and you also have CZ as one of the top holders and backers.
This is a long-term hold for me, so even though I'm down $1M today, when we break the previous $4.8B ATH and eventually push past a $10B market cap, many will call me lucky.
The reality is, this has always been my strategy in crypto for me, conviction holding.

F3ck it, aped $100k into $CASHCAT, I'm not going to fade @vladtenev & @RobinhoodCrypto.
The chain is way to big for @cashcat_token not to succeed.
Risk what you can afford to lose famz, I'll dca from here if need be lol

Feels like a market-wide crypto dip.
Only a handful of projects are still in the green, which is surprising considering the majors are holding up well.
These are the moments that often create the best buy-the-dip opportunities. 👀
Everyone has been trying to get their head around the NOXA situation, and why people are now calling them the Robinhood of crypto.
Lady Marian breaks it down really well 👇
https://x.com/ladymarian_x/status/2077065417034457435?s=20
From what we understand, NOXA appears to have come under significant legal pressure, most likely around Robinhood branding and copyright issues due to the amount of Robinhood-related token launches. They reportedly had to migrate the platform to IPFS after their main website was mass reported.
The crazy part? Instead of continuing to profit, the team has given up 100% of their launchpad fees, redirecting them to deployers and CTO teams, meaning the founder now earns $0 from the protocol going forward.
There are still a number of CTO teams waiting for their fee ownership to be transferred, as the NOXA team has been tied up dealing with everything that's happened. Hopefully those claims get processed over the coming days and weeks.
This also explains why we saw the Robinhood ecosystem dump, people sold first and asked questions later.
The good news is this shouldn't affect the coins we're in, as they didn't launch through NOXA. If anything, it looks like everything is getting back to normal, and many people may have just scored the buy of a lifetime.
Definitely worth reading and doing your own research.
We have just witnessed Matt Furie, who hasn't even been active on his X account, interact with a $HOODBIRD post shared by the HOODBIRD dev, @Slogi_Eth, who Matt Furie follows.
IMO, that's pretty unprecedented.
With HOODBIRD tying into the Matt Furie narrative better than any other memecoin on Robinhood, this genuinely feels like the PEPE of Robinhood to me.
We saw HOODRAT break a $17M market cap, but IMO this is a much bigger narrative, from HOODBIRD itself to the Matt Furie connection.
For me, HOODBIRD has turned into the next $100M+ memecoin play on Robinhood.
Risk only what you can afford to lose, but buying under a $1M market cap feels like a generational wealth opportunity.

CPI dropped to 3-month low, crypto starting to pump again.
SPCX starting to break its downward trending line, which means SpaceX meta incoming = $SPCX69 pump imminent.

I bought into $HOODBIRD on that dip, $400K is my avg, bought over 1% supply.
We saw what HOODRAT did, but I think this is much bigger narrative, could potentially be the next PEPE of Robinhood Chain.
No one referred this one to me, so bought completely dur to narrative.

The amount of rugs on Robinhood has been crazy, I had so many people, including some I thought were legit OGs in the space, push me to ape into some Robinhood memecoins, and then BOOM... back-to-back rugs across the chain.
To be honest, if you didn't expect it, it probably means you're new to this, it was very similar when Base Chain first launched, but not as bad IMO lol.
I still feel Robinhood has huge potential because of its user base, and I think we'll still see many runners.
If you have the liquidity, you're going to have to risk a decent amount of it to hit it big, even conservative strategies won't let you fully take advantage of the early winners on a new chain. Yes, you can scrape together a few thousand dollars here and there, but personally, that's not what I'm here for.
Personally, I don't really do degens, meaning blind aping, they have to come from very strong referrals, but even then, you can still get rugged. I mean, look at $HOOD for us, another coin I didn't share rugged overnight, but then I sold another token that I thought was rugging because people made me question it... only to wake up and see it break $4M. 😰
The only difference between degens and referral plays is there's usually someone I can blame lol, in seriousness the other advantage 3/10 times insider referrals play will pay big money, so yes liquidity gets drained, but it usually comes back x100-1000 for me, so it's worth the risk, and why I stay in the game.
Most of the time the message is that the KOLs dumped, or the narrative didn't bring enough organic buying pressure, which I understand. But what I hate most is when devs don't fight for the chart after it dumps, they just f3ck off, I've been in too many projects like that, and I know many of you have as well.
The good thing about trading in the trenches is it gives you even more conviction in the plays you're already in, where the devs continue to build, support the chart, and fight through the tough times. Then when the meta turns... BOOM... you've earned generational wealth. It takes a lot of balls to hold conviction plays, most people dumped SHIB, PEPE, FLOKI, DOGE, and many others I was in after big dumps, when the meta wasn't focused on them, so they never got to experience the huge runs, but I held with some based mfers, and that's where you earn the big bucks.
Even MAGA, before it broke $300M, so many people sold under $2M, under $4M, after the big dumps, then it broke out, and they were left holding only a fraction of their original bags.
Anyways, we keep fighting on, remember, speak to most of the biggest names in the space, and you'll hardly hear stories of people making it by constantly taking initials, rotating profits, and trading in and out... unless they were insiders, most made it by holding, and others dumped, there are thousands of examples, from old to recent.
That said, I do think we should have a balance, some plays we hold, some we trade, that's what we've been trying to do in this channel, merit
Our end goal is to earn generational wealth in this channel. If that's not what you're here for, then this probably isn't the right channel for you.

I'm only up because CGJ, took a risk in his conviction at the bottom level, and paid off.
Let's see how high they can run $MANIFEST.

You have to give it to CryptoGodJohn, this chart has been built on nothing but grinding, conviction, and commitment, John has been leading by example.
Well done to the $MANIFEST community.
I'll be holding long term, knowing the amount of capital it took to turn this chart around, that makes their intentions pretty clear, send it to billion John.
