السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته.. لقد أصبح واضحاً للجميع أن موقفنا أحدث أثراً كبيراً، وأن حالة الارتباك داخل الوزارة تزداد يوماً بعد يوم نتيجة وحدة صفنا وتمسكنا بحقوقنا المشروعة. وما يُنقل إلينا من مختلف الجهات يؤكد أن ملفنا لم يعد قابلاً للتجاهل أو التسويف كما كان في السابق. ونؤكد للجميع أن هناك جهات وشخصيات داعمة ومؤيدة لمطالبنا المشروعة، وتدرك عدالة قضيتنا وضرورة إنصاف أصحاب الحق. كما أن التنسيق مستمر بين الزملاء والأقدمين، والعمل جارٍ بوتيرة متصاعدة من أجل توحيد الجهود وتوسيع دائرة المساندة خلال المرحلة المقبلة. لقد تعلمنا من أخطاء الماضي، ولن نكرر خطأ القبول أو التوقيع على أي التزام أو اتفاق قبل الاطلاع على جميع تفاصيله وضمان حقوقنا بشكل رسمي وواضح. مطلبنا اليوم ليس وعوداً ولا تصريحات إعلامية، بل كتب رسمية وإجراءات موثقة وضمانات واضحة لا تحتمل التأويل أو التراجع. ونقولها بصراحة: أي ضغوط تمارس علينا، وأي محاولات للتخويف أو الإرباك، وأي إشاعات تُطلق في هذه المرحلة، هي أمور متوقعة وهدفها الأول تفكيك الصفوف وإضعاف الموقف الجماعي. لكننا ندرك ذلك جيداً، وقد هيأنا أنفسنا نفسياً ومعنوياً لكل الأساليب التي قد تُستخدم للالتفاف على مطالبنا أو كسر إرادتنا. لذلك ندعو الجميع إلى عدم الالتفات للشائعات، وعدم الانجرار خلف الأخبار غير الموثقة، والتمسك بوحدة الموقف والكلمة. فقوتنا الحقيقية ليست في الأفراد، بل في تماسكنا الجماعي وإصرارنا على انتزاع حقوقنا بالطرق المشروعة. الإضراب مستمر، والعزيمة ثابتة، والمطالب واضحة، ولن يكون هناك تراجع ما لم تُترجم الوعود إلى قرارات وإجراءات رسمية ملموسة تحفظ حقوق الجميع. كونوا على قدر المرحلة، واثقين بعدالة قضيتكم، ومتمسكين بحقوقكم، فصوت الحق لا يُهزم ما دام خلفه رجال ونساء ثابتون على موقفهم والله ولي التوفيق
