Farewell stuff

What's new: -D3D10 and D3D11 work on DXVK 2.x** (D3D11 at feature level 11_1). Tested with DXVK 2.3.1 and 2.4.1-gplasync: test cubes and Enter the Gungeon. The driver was dropping the very first piece of GPU work of every app, and DXVK 2.x uploads its first vertex data exactly there, so nothing was drawn. -New wrapper: FristOneRR-Wrapperv1.*A fork of leegao's bionic-vulkan-wrapper v0.0.5r5, tuned for this driver. With the leegao wrapper, DXVK 2.x crashed on the first frame،this one fixes that. - The PanVK name on screen: with the new wrapper, Winlator and the DXVK HUD show the real driver: 'Driver: panvk' / 'Version: FristOneRR 1.2.0 (Mesa 26.3.0-devel) *GPU memory sized for phones:* the driver now reports 25% of your RAM as GPU memory (1-3 GB) instead of ~75%, so Android is less likely to kill your game. You can override it with PANVK_HEAP_MB.

What's new in beta 1.1.0 DXVK 2.x and 3.x now work for D3D9 (tested 2.0 → 3.1.1) with the app's built-in Wrapper original. Don't use the leegao wrapper with DXVK 2.x+. Mali-G52 on older kernels (e.g. Oppo A38, kbase r49): job-submit layout is now detected automatically. Mali-G52 r1 is shown by name instead of "Mali unknown". Lower RAM use: about 112 MB less per Vulkan device. D3D10/11 still need DXVK 1.10.3 + leegao wrapper. See the README for the full compatibility table. The source README now lists every project this driver builds on, with a script anyone can run to check where the code came from.
