Figure 4. 2️⃣. Ensure that the UPI used for payment is bound to your ID and in an authorized state; otherwise, your order may fail. 3️⃣. Ensure that the uploaded image matches the UTR exactly and is error-free, so that the system can successfully match your order. Figure 5. 4️⃣. When making payment, verify that your bank card number or UPI account matches the actual payee account of the order. Incorrect payment may result in financial losses. Figure 6. 5️⃣. Verify the order amount and make sure to pay the full amount, including decimals, to ensure successful automatic matching by the system. 🚫Unsuccessful Orders 1️⃣Unfinished Order: Pay the remaining amount as prompted by the order, upload the payment success screenshot and UTR, confirm that the payment UPI is bound and authorized, and wait for manual review. (Orders unpaid for more than 48 hours will be automatically canceled.) 2️⃣Pending Order: 📊Freecharge/Mobikwik: Will not affect your placement of new orders. Contact UPI customer service at least 5 times a day to urge status updates; update and upload the payment screenshot daily, and ensure the UPI is authorized.
