垃圾微软，半夜挂着 codex，然后 Windows Update 就重启了我电脑。
结果因为 BitLocker PIN 界面，重启没成功，它自己关掉了。
第二天早上起床看到电脑关着的，打开又被 Windows Update 硬控半小时
进入系统发现 codex /goal 被强制中断导致聊天记录没存下来……

同时，开发者模式不再限制功能（之前不允许 GPT 访问记忆、相关的对话等内容）
这意味着 ChatGPT 可以自由接入 MCP 了
