⭐️ Татьяна Зайцева трудилась над задачей в научно-техническом центре компании «Росатом Химия», где у студентки была возможность изнутри познакомиться с опытно-промышленным производством электролита для литий-ионных аккумуляторов.

«Наличие даже мельчайших количеств влаги в электролите пагубно сказывается на свойствах литий-ионных аккумуляторов. В ходе практики я занималась разработкой технологии химической сушки, которая основана на добавлении реагента, селективно связывающего молекулы воды. Предложенный подход позволяет сократить процесс осушения алкилкарбонатных растворителей с нескольких часов (при использовании традиционной механической сушки на цеолитах) до считанных минут, и, что еще более важно, позволяет осушать даже готовый раствор электролита, а не только его отдельные компоненты».

Первичные исследования показали, что подход не ухудшает характеристики аккумуляторов, а полученные электролиты полностью соответствуют стандартам. При положительном окончании длительных ресурсных испытаний эти результаты могут быть внедрены в производственный процесс компании.

«Больше всего меня удивило осознание, что лаборатории Сколтеха ничуть не уступают по оснащению лабораториям промышленного предприятия. В дополнение к бесценному опыту проведения экспериментов в реальных условиях, важным и полезным было установление профессиональных контактов. 😎 Five Skoltech projects advanced to the Top 10 of the «Energotechnohub Petersburg» Incubator All Skoltech teams that entered the Top 20 have now successfully progressed into the Top 10, confirming the high level of their ideas, solutions, and project maturity. 👾 Selecting a Project for INTI By December 7, we will submit all MVP-stage projects to INTI – the Institute for Oil & Gas Technology Initiatives. The chosen team will receive support from INTI experts, including consultations, feedback, and new professional connections. We’re launching a form where you can submit your project. Fill it out if you want expert evaluation, industry introductions, and access to specialists working across oil & gas, petrochemical, and engineering companies, as well as organizations involved in instrumentation and advanced engineering solutions. 🌐 Project submission form: Important: ▶️ The project must be beyond the idea stage – you need a prototype or MVP, a validated concept, and initial proof of viability. ▶️ After collecting submissions, we will send the project descriptions to INTI. Projects that catch the experts’ interest will receive access to their contacts and further guidance. If you’re ready to step into the industry – apply now!
