The fundraiser is to me as an individual to challenge the aforementioned law's unconstitutionality. I will place the money in legal trust when I have decided which firm to go with. The fundraising is in no way a breach of the proposed laws itself, and the High Court challenge will proceed with attempting to strike out the laws against free speech that have already passed even if the current proposed laws fail to pass through parliament next week. The National Socialist Network will be fully disbanded before 11:59pm Sunday the 18th of January 2026. The disbandment includes not only the National Socialist Network, but its co-projects White Australia, the European Australian Movement and the White Australia Party. If the laws pass, there will no way to avoid the organisation being banned. The legislation allows the government to ban any organisation that has given Roman salutes in the past. The disbandment is being done before the laws take effect to avoid former members of the organisations from being arrested and charged. These are some of the most draconian laws the West has ever seen. In Australia, political freedom is effectively dead and buried. FREE JOEL DAVIS CANTERBURY ACTION 01/01/26

Update on Joel Davis. I just got off the phone from Joel's lawyer and he has stated that Joel is being held in conditions that could only be described as human rights abuse. Joel has had no run out, no shower, and multiple times he has not been fed. He is spending 24 hours a day in lock up instead of the usual 23 hours for solitary confinement. The prison is denying him phone calls to his friends and his mother because "he is a National Security Risk and has no rights". The Commissioner still has not allowed him to call his own mother because it would be a risk to National Security... Joel has asked for people to send in chapters of books in the pdf form in A4 envelopes, specifically Nietzsche and Heidegger. To study the religious beliefs of New Zealand's Aboriginees is to learn a significant deal of their psyche. I did an interview with ABC for their article on my bank account being shutdown, and our fundraising issues, etc. One thing that stood out from the conversation is the journalist simply couldn't fathom that we don't get paid for our work in the organisation, yet for myself and many of the membership, we are fanatical about it and completely passionate. I said working my day job is just a means to an end so I can work on the organisation, and that I work on it 4 days a week and do aircon the other 3 just to get by. She simply couldn't wrap her head around the fact that someone would donate their time with utmost ferocity towards the movement, unpaid. We work harder than they do and we do it for free, for the love of our race and for a better future for our nation. These people are motivated solely by money, to the point where they can't even fathom anything differently, and we will beat that every time because we are motivated by the love of our people. They don't understand or comprehend true ideological dedication and fanaticism, and they underestimate us in this regard.
