Why Islam can never be considered socialist. Socialism and Marxist-socialist theories demand the abolition of private property in land, meaning you cannot privately trade, inherit, or accumulate land and real estate for private enterprise. Islam on the other hand, explicitly guarantees individual ,private, inheritable ownership of land. It is understandable that people link the emphasis of Islam on social justice, stopping exploitation and helping the poor to parts of socialist ideology. I think the issue is when other aspects of socialism are perceived to also fit into Islam such as banning land ownership and private employer-employee relationship. Socialism is therefore a complete man-made legal and philosophical system that has principles that directly clash with non-negotiable Islamic laws. You can instead think of Islam as a unique middle path that has its own balanced divine laws.
