For the past few consecutive days, I’ve been in Abrhot, and now I’ve got neck, back, waist , basically all the old people pains 😁 How do you guys sit in an office all day, every day? 🤔 Today I forced myself to go but thankfully it was really full For context, I study or work on my bed with the mattress on my back.

What makes it worse is that my birthday is a week into the new year, so I’ve already used up 36% of my age 🙆‍♀️
