[Important Announcement] Event Day Today! Please read through terms & conditions once more as you attend the event General Conduct By attending the CODE:ARSON, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations. Violation of any of these rules may result in removal from the event without refund and potential banning from future events. Have fun and enjoy the party responsibly! Respect and Courtesy All attendees must treat others with respect and courtesy at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour(e.g. damaging property, assaulting another individual etc) will not be tolerated. Dress Code Fursuit are allowed to be wear during the dance party. Any Inappropriate or offensive attire is not permitted such as any kink gear. A Fursuit Changing Room will be provided from 03:00PM - 09:00PM. Please clear your items from the Changing Room by 9pm, we are not responsible for keeping your items. Please note that fursuit drying fans or stations will not be provided. Consent Always seek and respect consent in all interactions such as asking for permission before taking photos/videos of other individuals. Entry and Identification Registration will start at 02:00PM & Door officially open at 03:00PM & It’ll be close by 07:00PM Ticket Pick-up Steps -Show your confirmation email containing your Registered ID & Name to the Counter -Front Desk will verify and process the check-in -Once verify, you will be provided with wristband & merch -The wristband provided can only be tighten 1 way (it is very difficult to loosen it), please becareful not to tighten your wristband too much to avoid injuries. Identification Requirement -Valid Registered Name & No. Must be present at the registration booth. -All attendees must present the ticket & pass through a security check. After which attendee will be provided with a wristband. -No re-entry without a wristband. Safety and Emergency Emergency Exits Familiarize yourself with the location of exit. Do not block exits or corridors. Medical Assistance Notify staff immediately if you or someone else requires help. Incident Reporting Report any incidents of concern to the event staff or security immediately. Venue Rules -No Smoking, Vaping or Substance Consumption Allowed. -Keep the Cleanliness, dispose of trash in designated --bins. Help to keep the venue clean and tidy. -Respect the Property Rules. -Kindly do not bring realistic replica or props that look similar to real weapons. Dance Floor Etiquette Dance Floor will be open at 03:30PM onward Space Awareness -Be mindful of your space and others around you. -Avoid pushing, shoving, or blocking pathways No foods & beverages allowed on the dance floor. Personal Belongings -Keep personal belongings safe. The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. -Incase of found an lost items, please foward it to nearest available staffs. -Photography and Videography are allowed at the Event with the consent of other individuals. if you require any further assistance or require clarifications, please do ask us in Telegram
