tldr, not your lawyer, not legal advice: SBRs/SBSs/suppressors/AOWs are now UNREGULATED as far as the NFA goes. GCA restrictions apply but the ATF is figuring out how to reform that. despite all the prior legalese only applying to defendants in the recent injunction, the ATF basically said "fuck it sbrs for everyone lolmao"
