In 1999, The Matrix told the world that reality was a simulation. Hollywood called it science fiction. 16 years earlier, Lt. The document states that thought patterns generated by consciousness in expanded awareness create holograms which interact with the universal hologram to bring the desired objective into physical reality. The simulation responds to what is projected into it with clarity. To achieve this state of consciousness, these are the steps listed in the document: Step 1 - Silence the left brain. Lie down. Use binaural audio or deep humming to synchronize both brain hemispheres. Body at the threshold of sleep. Mind still alert. Step 2 - Build the energy balloon. Visualize energy flowing from the top of the head down through the entire body and back up, surrounding the entire body. The body vibrating in coherence with the earth's electromagnetic field at 7 to 7.5 hertz. Step 3 - Expand awareness. From that state of deep physical stillness and mental alertness, expand consciousness beyond the body. This is the threshold at which the mind begins to interact directly with the universal field. Step 4 - Project the pattern. Hold a single clear image of the desired outcome as already real. Already arrived. Project it into the field with total conviction that it is established. Step 5 - Release and repeat. Return to normal consciousness.
