Cyrus the Great: A Legacy That Lives On 🤴
More than 2,500 years ago, a great king named Cyrus rose to power in ancient Persia. But what made Cyrus truly remarkable was not only the vast empire he built, but the way he treated the people he conquered.
Cyrus believed that a king should not rule through fear alone. He respected different cultures, religions, and traditions, and his name became associated with ideas of justice, tolerance, and freedom.
One of the most famous stories about Cyrus tells us that after conquering Babylon, he chose not to destroy the city or humiliate its people. Instead, he allowed them to live according to their own traditions and worship their own gods. For his time, this was an extraordinary approach to leadership.
Centuries have passed, empires have disappeared, and generations have come and gone, yet the name of Cyrus the Great still lives on.
Today, we remember and honor Cyrus the Great, a figure whose legacy continues to inspire people around the world.
Happy Cyrus the Great Day!
May his legacy of wisdom, justice, tolerance, and respect for humanity never be forgotten.
And now, I want to ask you:
How important is Cyrus the Great to you? ❔

The Curse of Being Intelligent
Being intelligent can feel like a curse.
You see the game while everyone else is still playing it. You recognize the patterns hidden beneath people’s words, the truths buried behind their lies, and the motives they try so hard to conceal. You notice what others choose to ignore.
And perhaps the hardest part is this: once you understand the game, you realize that understanding it doesn’t mean you can escape it.
Sometimes, to keep moving forward, you have to stay silent. You have to pretend you don’t see what you see. You have to act unaware, even when the truth is standing right in front of you.
Because knowing too much can make you tired.
Seeing too clearly can make you lonely.
And sometimes, the only way to survive the game is to pretend you never learned how it works.
