Page 30 of the released document — titled "Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Reports" — contains a list of 1,291 adverse events of special interest. Not 12. Not 50. One thousand two hundred and ninety-one. The document confirms that within the first 90 days of rollout, Pfizer received 42,086 case reports of adverse events. Of those, 1,223 were fatal. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is Pfizer's own internal safety document, written by their own scientists, submitted to the FDA, and hidden from the public until a court forced its release.
