To help you pass inspections without violations, here’s a quick checklist of what to review: 🔍 Brake Inspection Checklist ✅ Check for air leaks around hoses, lines, and chambers ✅ Inspect brake pads and linings for wear or damage ✅ Verify brake drums & rotors are not cracked or excessively worn ✅ Ensure brake adjustment is within proper limits ✅ Test the low air pressure warning system ✅ Confirm proper operation of spring brakes ✅ Check ABS warning light (should turn on and off as expected) ✅ Look for loose or missing components in the brake system Let’s stay ahead of potential violations, keep our trucks compliant, and ensure everyone’s safety on the road.
