You pray. You care about people.” David sighed. “Yeah… but I’m just a teenager.” Samuel smiled. “That’s exactly who God is looking for.” The Bible tells us in Luke chapter one of how the man of God, Zechariah, in excitement at the birth of John, his newborn son, prophetically addressed the little boy: “And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Highest; for you will go before the face of the Lord to prepare His ways, To give knowledge of salvation to His people by the remission of their sins, through the tender mercy of our God, With which the dayspring from on high has visited us; to give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace” (Luke 1:76–79). I remember praying with these words many years ago as the power of God was stirred within me. I realized it was my commission to preach the Gospel to the whole world. We have been sent ahead of the second coming of Christ to give the knowledge of salvation to ALL people. We’re that seed, in whose hands the pleasure of the Lord is prospering as we preach His message to the ends of the earth! That means you and I are part of God’s plan right now, even as students and young people. You’re the light of the world, but you’ll never know how brightly your light can shine until you reach out to those living in darkness. You’ll never know how powerful the gifts of God in your life are until you come to those in the shadow of death. This can start with your friends, classmates, teammates, and people you meet every day. Praise God! GO DEEPER Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Psalms 22:27-28 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. [28] For the kingdom is the LORD'S: and he is the governor among the nations. SPEAK I’ve been called to go forth and give the knowledge of salvation unto all people by the remission of their sins through the tender mercy of our God. I am the light of the world, and I give light to those in my world today and guide their feet into the way of peace. Amen. I bask in the provisions of Christ for my life, health, and all that concerns me. There are no impossibilities with me. All things are possible with me. I am flourishing and bearing all-around fruits. I have significant attainments and supernatural productivity. God’s Word is not only food for my spirit but also produces health in me. #KEEPSAYINGIT #3838 Tuesday, 9th June, 2026 I reign as a king in this life, changing situations and circumstances in my favour. I make decrees, and they’re established, for the Word of God on my lips is God talking! I’ll never be discouraged or subject to the crippling principles of this world, because I reign and rule by the Word. Christ has brought perfection and excellence into my life. I am prospering exceedingly, manifesting the righteousness and dominion of Christ everywhere. I’m continually filled with the Spirit of God. I have the life and nature of God in me; therefore, I’m an overcomer and more than a conqueror. I live in Christ, where divinity reigns. I reign in prosperity with peace, health, and an abundance of wealth. I enjoy the supernatural life that God has given me. I have received the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness. I reign as a king in life by the Lord Jesus Christ. I am kinging and reigning in life. I reign over sin, death, disease, and infirmity. I have absolute dominion. I am righteousness-conscious. Righteousness gives me dominion. I live above Satan and his vices. I have peace with God through the Lord Jesus Christ. I refuse to be subject to the elements of this world. Instead, I reign, and I rule over them. The whole world is subdued before me. I have mastery over circumstances, demons, and their manipulations. I have victory in my health, finances, and in every situation. I am of God. I belong to Him, and my origin is from God. I have overcome the world. I have defeated satan and the cohorts of darkness because Greater is He that is in me than He that is in the world. I refuse to fear sickness or any device of the devil. I am not ordinary. I am like the Lord Jesus. As He is, so am I in this world. I already have victory over Satan, death, hell, and the world. I am fearless. I have no sense of lack. I live in absolute mastery and dominion over all things. The same Holy Spirit that worked in Jesus is at work in me today, causing me to shine in health, peace with prosperity, and unstoppable success. Through me, Christ – the perfection of beauty – shines. God made me perfect; there is nothing in me that should not be there, and there is nothing that should be in me that isn’t there. I live above fear, sadness, and anything that tries to stop me. I am strong in the Lord. I have victory in my schoolwork, friendships, and everything I do. God’s power works in me, and nothing is too hard for me. Jesus lives in me, and He is greater than anything in the world. I never feel like I don’t have enough because God supplies all my needs. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. TUESDAY, 9TH JUNE 2026 THE CHURCH IS THE ADVANCING FORCE And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it (Matthew 16:18). Many people interpret the Lord Jesus’ statement about the gates of hell as though the Church were under constant attack from the powers of darkness. But that’s not the picture the Lord gave. Gates represent authority and control. In ancient times, the gate of a city was the place where decisions were made and authority was exercised. So, the “gates of hell” refers to the authority of the kingdom of darkness. When the Master said: “...I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it,” He wasn’t portraying the Church as a victim trying to survive the attacks or onslaughts of darkness. Rather, it reveals the Church as an advancing force. The kingdom of darkness already existed when Jesus spoke those words. The Church was the new entity being introduced into the earth. Therefore, the picture is not of hell attacking the Church; rather, it’s the Church advancing against the authority of darkness. They can’t withstand the Church or hold out against our advancement. We’re advancing with the authority of Christ, bringing light where there’s darkness and establishing God’s will on the earth. Through the Gospel, the influence of theKingdom of God expands, pushing back the authority of darkness. Every time the Word is preached, lives are transformed, the power of God is manifested, and the Lord adds to the Church such as should be saved. Hallelujah! Rejoice that you’re a part of the triumphant and advancing Church of Jesus Christ, the restraining force against evil in our day. PRAYER Dear Father, thank you for making me a part of your victorious Church. I walk in the authority of Christ and advance the influence of your Kingdom everywhere. The powers of darkness cannot withstand the light of the Gospel working through me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES TEEVO PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME TUESDAY, 9TH JUNE 2026 JESUS: THE FULLNESS OF DEITY REVEALED  (The Divinity of Christ) TO THE BIBLE - John 14:6-7 KJV “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him” LET’S TALK “Is Jesus really God?” This is one question many still ask today, especially among teenagers who are growing in their understanding of God and asking honest questions about their faith. They believe He was a great prophet and teacher but find it difficult to accept that He is Himself God, but He is. The Bible says “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1). That “Word” that the Bible says “was God” became flesh – Jesus – and dwelt among us, meaning that God came close to us and lived among people like us,: “And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth” (John 1:14). Now, the prophecy that came forth before the birth of Jesus also foretold His divinity: “Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.” It was Jesus who walked the streets of Galilee as “Emmanuel – God with us.” When people saw Him, the mighty miracles and great signs and wonders that He did, like healing the sick and helping the helpless, notice what they said: “God has visited His people” (Luke 7:16). Jesus is the outward expression of the Godhead. When we get to heaven, we won’t find the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost sitting on different thrones; we’ll only find one seated in the fullness of God on the throne, and His name is Jesus (Revelation 7:17). We must recognise His Lordship and rulership over our lives, including our thoughts, online activities, friendships, studies, and future dreams. He’s the joy of heaven and hope of the earth. He’s the Most High, the King of kings and the Lord of lords, who alone is worthy of all praise, worship and adoration. You’re identified with the most awesome and sublime personality that there is, and that gives you confidence, purpose, and a strong sense of identity. GO DEEPER Acts 2.21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. PRAY Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for the awesome privilege of being identified with you. It’s a great honour to know you, serve you, worship you and live for you, even as a young person in today’s world. I boldly confess today that you’re my Lord and Master, the Monarch of the entire universe. You’re my everything and the reason for my existence. I thank you for revealing yourself to me through the Holy Spirit today. Amen. ╔════════════════╗  RHAPSODY OF REALITIES       FOR EARLY READERS ╚════════════════╝ TUESDAY, 9TH JUNE 2026 LEARN TO OBEY INSTRUCTIONS Psalm 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. When Jesus was born, King Herod wanted to harm Him. But God sent an angel to Joseph in a dream and told him, “...Arise, take the young Child and His mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there...” (Matthew 2:13-14). Joseph obeyed God’s instruction, and that’s how Jesus was protected from Herod’s evil plan. Also, in Exodus 12, God told the Israelites to mark their doors with the blood of a lamb and stay inside. Everyone who obeyed was protected, including the “mixed multitude” who followed God’s instruction. God protects us the same way today. Your safety is found in listening to His Word and doing what He says. So, learn to obey instructions because your protection and progress are in them.
