As part of this journey, the founder will be undergoing 3 months of intensive bag-making training, and we want to professionally document the entire process across Instagram and Facebook. We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager who can turn this 3-month training journey into a compelling digital story while building AMG’s visibility, audience and online presence. ROLE The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategy for AMG throughout the 3-month journey. There is already an on-ground Video Editor and Graphic Designer who will work with the Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will provide the strategy, content direction, planning, distribution and growth strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a 3-month social media strategy. Create weekly and monthly content calendars. Develop content pillars and recurring content series. Strategically document the bag-making training journey. Identify stories, moments and experiences that can become content. Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement and followers organically. Provide clear content briefs to the Video Editor and Graphic Designer. Manage Instagram and Facebook content. Understand hooks, storytelling, retention and CTAs. Monitor platform trends and audience behaviour. Track analytics and continuously improve the strategy. Develop community engagement strategies. Identify collaboration and audience-growth opportunities. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
